The worst management company ever! They maintenance crews are HORRIBLE. My roof was leaking which caused my kitchen wall to decay. They never fixed the wall. The maintenance person asked for a bottle of my wine that was displayed on my counter. They like to debate with you about your maintenance needs. I put in an order for a damaged floor November 2, the drama I went through to get it completed was horrible and it still not completed. I was stood up over ten times for my appointments for someone to finally come because a worker was locked up, and the other worker had to leave to cash checks. And

Meghen and Damien came out to personally make sure everything I needed was taken care of, those two are great, amazing and went out of their way to get things done for me they even went out their way stopped off grabbed me some ice on their way here. This is getting a bit out of hand. I’m not appreciating the fact that I have to call 1,000 times and leave 1,000 messages but they can text about Christmas presents, and stuff that does not matter. We’re trying to move out of this house and they’re not making it easy whatsoever!! I’m very pleased with Damien and Megan and their willingness to help me with various things including a maintenance request that because of lack of diligence on behalf of the owner they haven’t been able to fulfill a request to either replace or professionally clean our old worn carpet. Although the owners passive attitude in regard to solving my issues both Damien and Megan have made strides to assist me above and beyond my expectations however my Thanksgiving was ruined and I was embarrassed to have my family over with the floors looking like they do. AMOSO is a great rental company, however the company wouldn’t be without its wonderful staff. I recently made an offer on a property that is currently for sale on the website. They accepted the offer then after my realtor set the contract over to be signed we get no response. Whoever's in charge has been doing a horrible job with communication and all around professionalism. Hopefully I'll be able to come back and rewrite a better post about the company but for now that's all I have.

This company managed a rental for us for several years. I dealt mostly with Meghen, whom I really liked and worked well with. Over the years there were some ups and downs, as I would anticipate with any rental, AMOSO always gave great advise and worked with me for the best outcome. I live out of state and have had Amoso manage a rental property I have in Missouri for around two years. Everything is perfect basically. I bought the place and engaged with Amoso. Within 30 days they had rented it out for the rate I wanted with a very dependable tenant. I get a statement once a month and money in the bank. They handle everything and I have no stress or drama about the property. Very professional office staff as well as the owner himself being a pleasure to work with. Not sure if it's that they took on an old, patched up (should have been torn down and rebuilt) house to manage or if it was just business as usual, but we were very unhappy with this company, who managed the house our daughters rented.
Broken window in living room was pointed out the day we signed the lease and a year later, on move out day, it was still broken. Leak in the roof that caused water damage/mildew on the ceiling, was painted over and when it happened again (more heavy rains) it remained un fixed (my girls were told it was due to insurance issues) on move out day.

We have about 18 units in St. Louis that we had managed by another property management companies until this year. We found Amoso Properties, and have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness. We had a few vacancies and they've worked hard and getting those units back online.
