The reason for my rating of 2 stars versus 1, is because there are a few good nurses and staff. BUT, some of the nurses and staff are very unprofessional and just don't seem to care about the resident's well being. On one of our weekly visits, it was very obvious that something was wrong with my mom, their response was she didn't sleep well the night before so she was tired. Later, I was told she had Covid. Aside, from the missing clothes, washed cell phone, being give someone else's
hearing aides, there is a lack of communication between departments. After my mom died, I continued to receive

Place is a joke. Worse place to have someone care for a loved one. Plus they let go of people that have worked there for years for not getting an experimental drug done on them. Deadline was October 1st not September 1st. And I recommend not working there place is scrubbed out and equipment is older than the people that were put in there.

If we ever in a situation where we have to seek respite care for our families loved one ...it will not be with your center...whatever happened to informed consent..the vaccine didn't even have a product insert so you can see what's in it to make sure you're not allergic to it...and your company wants to mandate them to workers... workers that worked with patience unprotected for almost a I'll year 2 years without a vaccine

The State isn't forcing you to fire anyone on August 31st. You made that call on your own. The State's deadline is October 1st and employees have until then to procure an exemption. Beyond that, McKee's emergency powers expire on 9/1 why are you blindly following the demands of an illegitimate dictator?

WHRC is family owned & it shows! It’s hard to impress me, but it’s clear the staff at this facility truly care about the residents. Even as a pandemic rocked the healthcare industry, this place still puts the integrity & well-being of its residents first. I’m glad to know facilities like this are still options when our loved ones need extra care we can’t give them 24hrs a day.

Just awful. Keep your loved ones away. Filthy, un caring, and total lack of compassion and care. When you find your mother laying down in bed with no blanket and trying to stay warm with a small pee pad! She was shivering and scared. When confronting staff, they where so defensive and continued to defend themselves versus the care.

My grandfather spent a week here and it almost killed him. They lost all of his clothes, his cell phone, and never contacted us about his rapidly declining health during the week he was there. That is because they are responsible! We will do anything and everything to find out the truth of what happened to him there and to get this place shut down. No compassion whatsoever from this awful place.
