My mom is there from being in the hospital. The staff have yelled at her. She had accidents and was sitting in her own feces for over ten minutes . The nurses won’t take responsibility for the CNAs and their behavior. I’m getting her out of here. Please don’t send your loved ones here. If I could give this half star I would.

My brother has been there for years because my sisters havnt moved him yet to a better facility. The facility seems to be overcrowded inside and there is always patients smoking outside at the front entrance. The staff seems to be over worked due to understaffing. I dont deal with the upper managerment as my sisters are in charge of my brothers well being. I can only make notes to the nursing station if my brother isn't feeling well. As for the rest of the staff they have been very nice and have helped me make my visit a memorable one. They all know my brother and treat him like family.

My mom is there. Gross awful place, can't wait to get her out if there. She was having difficulty breathing and rang her call light. I stood in the hallway waiting for someone to walk in. 5. Count them 5 people walked by the call light and didn't answer it. 10 and half mintues and finally a CNA walked in. Blood stain on her curtain that didn't belong to her and is still hanging there a week later...
