I love it here. Jessica and Michaela went out of their way to personally bring me a new stove which was so incredible. The complex is central to everything. It is very dog friendly! Ruby and Cyber get spoiled every time they go into the office. It is also very quiet at night. Jessica and Michaela are super friendly and always eager to help.

One year ago the manager and maintenance entered my apartment without notifying me in any way and cut out over 12 drywall sections in my one bedroom apartment. I found out when I came home for lunch to find subcontracted plumbers in my apartment taking my personal belongings out of my closet, cabinets and bathroom. Drywall dust was on every single exposed item in the apartment. Nothing was covered up. They were apparently looking for a leak that had been going on in my building for weeks and I was told by previous management weeks before the leak was under the building and on the opposite end of

During the Global pandemic this apartment complex believes it’s ok to raise a person rent by $500 a month because they know it’s dangerous to expose yourself apartment/ home hunting.. it’s sad when a company is so money hungry that because your lease expires they believe they have the right to put you in financial insecurity.. I have never missed a rent payment in almost 3 years with this apartment complex the way they treat residence is a palling.. Let alone you pay for a two bedroom apartment the same price people pay a month for mortgage for a three bedroom house

Great place, lived here for almost 2 years. Walking distance to Kroger, restaurants, etc. Maintenance has always been quick with pretty much every issue in our apartment. My only suggestion is to the lazy dog owners, to pick up after your dogs. That would make the community even better and I wouldn't have to walk into work with dog poo on my shoe! Other than that, great place to live.
