This was the very first apartment i rented as soon as i landed in wisconsin...it was cozy and very close to my work place..i didnt have a car so it was close to bus stops as well.. But the problem started when the above neighbours started making too much noise...I complained multiple times probably around 5 to 6 times..nothing was ever done about it...at one time i was told that they're nice people and previous tenant never had any sound issue..(i guess this is reason they left the place in first hand) It was way too much..they made stomping noise especially at night and early early morning. Kensington Pointe Apartments have been great, I moved in back in 2016 from St. Louis, Missouri. The community is great, quiet, and safe. The management at the apartment complex have always been a great help, John is the new manager of the leasing company and he’s been great since he’s first started, I’m currently up north Wisconsin and a package was left on my porch back at the townhouse, John was so nice to put the package in my townhouse for me to ensure it was safe and secure due to me being away. Thanks John!

I have lived here 21 yrs. I have seen this property bought and sold 4 times. Right now Axiom owns this property and I can tell you they are the best. They really care and make you feel like your voice matters. Very approachable staff. Buildings are kept clean. Hallways are painted and made to look nice. It's a very well kept complex. Have my grill and lawn chairs outside, no one has ever stolen them. They have alcoves in the upstairs apartments. ( only one on each end ) It's like having a den and it's a nice size. They have them in the 1 and 2 bedrooms. They also have beautiful townhouses with

There’s a new manager. Been a few months now since he has taken over from Laura. Can’t ever find him in the office. Doesn’t come in on time. Office is supposed to open at 8:30am. Sometimes doesn’t open until 10 or 11 when I have to be at school. Every time I try to go take care of something in the office it’s closed. It’s ridiculous. Thought it would get better but it hasn’t. I’m so moving out at the end of my lease.

My wife and I have moved on average seven times, for every year we have been married, and that has helped us realize what we want in a community. We have mostly had bad experiences with a couple good ones, however our experience with the current Property Manager has been great!! Lukas is literally the best apartment manager we have ever had.
Lukas was transparent before we moved in, flexible when we lived here, and most of all he has been straight-up reasonable. All those things has made our experience at Axiom extremely good and would LOVE to rent from another Axiom location in the future.
