Our advertising efforts streamline the process of finding qualified residents so our properties are filled quickly. Our maintenance services reduce risk, minimize inconveniences, and eliminate hassles of constant upkeep. On-demand access to statements that are securely posted to an online Owners Portal, make record keeping accurate and efficient.
Services
Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. Incomplete applications will not be processed. An application is considered incomplete without a driver's license or state I.D., valid proof of income, and/or complete rental history. These items can be included in the electronic application.
Visit our availability page. Choose the property you're interested in viewing. Choose the "Schedule Showing" button. Choose a time that works best for you. If none of the available times work with your schedule, please email leasing@lighthousepm.com. We are looking for credit scores above 600, but a credit score below that does not automatically disqualify your application.

Worst landlord I’ve ever had. Put in a request, followed up countless times. No response, when a response was finally given the attitude was completely unprofessional. Made you feel like it was your fault. Dishwasher wasn’t working properly, took MONTHS for a response. These people don’t care about you or your family. I’ve never been so disappointed in a landlord!

Very disappointed. We looked at a rental and fell in love, applied RIGHT away - next day, the house is off the website and we have yet to hear a single thing about our application and its been almost two weeks. I have emailed 3 times and left a message with zero response. Not impressed at all. Guessing we didn't get the house? Who's to say? They will not return my messages or inquiries. Not very good business in my opinion! I guess the search for a home is still on....They don't seem to want to help us at all. :(

One word to describe Lighthouse Property Management: HEARTLESS
Harassed me while I was in the hospital literally pushing a baby out because they wanted to tow and scrap my daily driver for being "unsightly and inoperable".
Five months later and here we are on Thanksgiving day scrambling to find somewhere to live so we're not on the streets with two babies under 2. Lighthouse sent us a notice of lease termination a week into November stating we had to be out by the 30th. Only reason they would give was "we feel that it's time to part ways"... husband asked if it was because they want to raise

Well the house on Iroquois could of had three wonderful women renting but the listened to Kevin Wilder tell stories. We lived at his property for 10yrs. Now how you do that if you "don't pay rent?"

Critical: Professionalism
Current tenant, never late on rent and lease not renewed but wasn't told until 5 days into this month. PROPERTY management gave, " Owners discretion" as reason for not renewing lease... told to move by Nov 30th!

Moved from out of state, day of moving our leasing agent came to the apartment to show the place and give us keys. Second we walked in you could smell the moisture and more than likely mold starting to grow since the whole apartment was so water damaged, literal crack through the foundation wall that was poorly repaired. Maintenance had dehumidifiers running full blast in every room, any repairs were shoddy at best. Was put into a different apartment a block away that is not much better. No water damage but everything is outdated, old, damaged. Went 2 full weeks without a stove with a toddler in
