100% would not recommend. It’s not like me to give a bad review (check it, almost all 5 stars), but this company would get 0 stars if that was an option. I can’t even think of a clever pun; that’s how much they’ve taken out of me.

AWFUL management company. Any phone calls and emails to Ariel or Sander were met with attitude no matter what you were inquiring about. Lack of concern or care for any of their tenants. The only good people they had on board were their maintenance workers, who were very polite and prompt.

The property manager, ARIEL S., is the most unprofessional, rudest individual I have come in contact with.
WE contacted her about an issue and her response was “LOL”.
Excuse me? Is that how you treat tenants who pay your salary? Rude af. She and Sander should get fired.

I know they take care of the buildings they manage. if they go on to manage a building they restore it to its prime condition and they fix the building of any and all defects. its bad tenants that ruin what this management has tried to do for the buildings.

I am upset I HAVE to give them a rating.
Never rent an apartment on 17 Stanton Street, where the property owners are two very incompetent people, Ariel Sowry and Johnathan (I do not know his name because he never wished to make an effort).
No one will pick up after hours when there is an urgent matter, such as bed bugs (which I had). They told us (my roommate and me) to throw out the bug-infested bedding and then took it out of our security deposit. We bought the replacement bedding ourselves.
They charged us for leaving a futon that was not our property, but the broker company's.
