Home and Property Inspection: An inspection done by a certified inspector to ASHI standards. The purpose is to identify potential problems when buying or selling real estate. Radon Testing and Mitigation: The purpose of this screening-type measurement is to quickly determine if a house contains high concentrations of radon gas.

I have to say that as a professional in a related industry, I am very impressed with this company. Not only did they inspect my own personal dwelling, but they inspected several of my clients homes.

I called enviroquest for a quote on radon mitigation. They were the most affordable option out of a few companies, and they scheduled an appointment quickly once i accepted their quote. The two young guys that came out were very professional and respectful to myself and house. They cleaned up dirt that was tracked in the house and I really appreciate that they came already wearing a mask and that I did not have to ask them to put one on, which i have had to do for other businesses. They completed the job quickly and explained to me everything they did before they left.

I have called Enviroquest many times and they have always done a great job. Most recently, I needed them to check on an appraisal issue at a home; they were there within hours and made their recommendations for repair; after repairs, they went back, again within hours, to confirm that all recommended repairs had been completed. After trying to make contact with various other radon mitigators in the area (and feeling discouraged seeing negative review on Angie's List and so on), we reached out to Enviroquest for an estimate. We have a very old home (100+ years) and I was admittedly skeptical that anything could be done, given the lack of a poured slab with gravel beneath. Amazingly, Enviroquest not only installed the system in a few hours but lowered our radon levels below the EPA recommended action threshold--all with a single suction point. I used Enviroquest Radon Mitigation for a radon system. My reading was 12.5 and within 30 days of installation, it dropped below 4.0. There are multi phases depending on how bad your radon is. We only had to do phase 1 which was $885 for the whole system w/ installation. It took about 3-4 hours and the guys were great, very friendly and knowledgeable . With installation, they give you a free post installation radon testing kit that you send back in a postage paid envelope. Just be sure to follow the directions exactly so you don't have a false reading. I would use again but I won&apos
