I usually don't leave reviews and this is my first review. I had the best eye care experience in my life! It's a family owned business. They're very transparent, doesn't give pressure to spend money on things you don't need to, and very kind doctor. Would highly highly HIGHLY recommend this place if you're looking for a new eye care doctor! I'll be supporting them from now on!

New to Louisville and had to find a new eye doctor. East End provides excellent service. Dr. Kerns took his time and explained every step of the exam and his recommendations for my eye care needs. Picking out glasses was stress free and the selection was great. Appreciate this office and East End Eye Care will be the designated place for our eye needs ongoing.

I only gave it 2 starts because of how fast I was seen, and how prompt they were for the appointment. I was originally told 7 days for the glasses and pain in full at the time of sale. It took closer to 15 days. When I got the glasses the bbn light in the office reflected thru the lenses terribly but they said to give them a few days and it would work out. Trying to drive home in them the tail lights from other cars looked like a disco ball. I couldn't wear driving, it was to many reflections of light. I took them back and the office only wanted to sell me 70.00 for antiglare or 40 dollars for
