DIRTY. The apartment itself was obviously not throughly cleaned. Filthy baseboards with layers of grime, pee all over the floorboards and walls, clumps of hair that’s obviously not mine all in carpet, paint from walls on the floor. The outside hallways are dirty as well. It constantly smells like human/pet waste. They add strong plug ins to mask smell but really all it does it cause headaches. They claim to have it professionally cleaned but if there is urine

This really only applies to the apartments above the shops, as I haven't lived in the standalone apartment buildings.
I have enjoyed my time living here but I would not recommend it to anyone. Our apartment seemed good at first but upon further inspection and living in it, we noticed just how little Main Street Square does to maintain them.
50% of the electrical outlets are so worn down and weak that cords just fall out of them, and a lot of the outlets won't let you plug anything into them at all.

My move in was super easy and the apartment was clean! I had my TV stand delivered and UPS only dropped it to the first floor, 2 men from the front office came by and brought it up to my apartment for me, so thankful! Excited to explore the community!

My father turned 80 this year and lived in North Raleigh, I live in Apex. I wanted a very nice place nearby where I could see him more often. Main Street Square was our first choice as it’s less than five miles from me and in Holly Springs, a great little town with everything needed within a mile or two. He’s lived there just over a month and loves it. The staff has been great and his apartment, on the 3rd floor, has an elevator so he doesn’t have to use the stairs. His apartment is also handicap accessible, meaning all doors are wider and the bathroom is a good size with handles/bars he

Super awesome staff in the office and in property maintenance! Everyone has been very helpful in our time living here. We love when they hold special events like the live music by the pool, drinks on us, etc. The food trucks on the weekends are also a plus.

I have been a resident at Main Street Square for 2 years. I looked at many places and did my research before choosing to live at Main Street Square. The location is amazing, my neighbors are friendly, and the staff is wonderful.

I love these apartments! The staff and maintenance crew are the best from any apartment I’ve lived in. They are always so friendly no matter what time or day it is. The atmosphere is so wonderful and the complex itself is beautiful. With the shops and boutiques, coffee and businesses, there’s always something to do but it’s not too much. Everything is great, from the staff to the property. Really is just a beautiful place to live.

Wonderful place to live,friendly staff, on the spot maintenance, convenient location and shopping inside this apartment village. You can find a hairdresser, 24 hour vet , unique gift shops, dog Grooming ,Nail salon ,coffee shop and a friendly pub. Main Street Square Apartments also has a immaculate pool,grilling station ,dog park ,a beautiful… walking trail and24 hour gym. I love living here because of all the amenities and the location and I also feel very safe and the neighbors are friendly .If I ever need any assistance the office staff and the maintenance staff are A phone call away

Hands down this is the worst apartment with the worst management I've ever experienced. to start it off calling this place "luxury" is laughable, cheap materials and even cheaper construction leave a lot to be desired. Our AC has gone out 8 separate times since we moved in. The outdoor grill area is infested with cockroaches which have also invaded our building. They rarely complete a job the first time and leave you hanging for days if not weeks waiting for them to finish. The carpet in our unit is original to the building and is literally unraveling, when we vacuum its 10% dirt

We have lived at Main Street Square for almost a year and have loved our experience here! The entire staff is friendly and so helpful. The location is great too - close to TWO coffee shops, Tapline Growler, boutique shops, a nail salon, and more. Within walking distance to downtown, Sugg Farm, Womble Park, and Bass Lake! I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone moving to the area!

Although I will not be renewing my lease in the fall, I have enjoyed living at this community. My one bedroom, one bathroom apartment perfectly suited my needs. The application process was quick and easy, and the apartment was clean upon move in. My home is in a shady location and faces a wooded area, allowing for quiet and privacy. There is ample… parking space in front of my building (Turnhaven Drive). I have never had issues with neighbors, and have always felt safe (while I was out of town at one point, a package was delivered to my door and was there for several days, it was still there

I moved in 6 months ago and cannot speak higher of the management as well as the convenience and accommodations. The homes are spacious and a great value. Repairs that have been needed are done in a timely fashion and the staff goes above and beyond for the residents. Flexible lease terms and elevators are wonderful for people that have special circumstances.
I recommend this complex to any client that needs a rental solution and would encourage you to come check it out!

My husband and i moved here about a year ago and LOVE it!! It was our first apartment so searching was intimidating but the staff helped so so much!! They were all so welcoming and helpful!! I also love the environment, every morning i see cute pups being walked and neighbors chatting. Everything is so local, there is a nail salon, hair salon, animal hospital, brewery and a grooming spot all within the complex! If you’re looking for a home feel town within a town Main Street Square is the place for you!!

We toured the apartment complex as we are looking for a place to live. The location is really nice, and I love the feel of being a part of a community area like they are. The apartments are your median level apartments. Nothing special, not luxury, but they are... average, and the pricing reflects that. The tour guide was knowledgeable about the company, but she was filling in from out of state, so she wasn't 100% up to date on all of the ins and outs of that specific apartment complex, but was more than knowledgeable about the company themselves.
