We have lived at the lodge for several years and have been through a few office staff changes. And we have had the best experience with the Manager Frenando and the current staff as well as the maintenance. They are professional and responsive to resident needs. Very happy and if your looking for a great place to live in a great area, this is the place. Highly recommended.

I have lived at the Lodge at Crossroads for more than a year and I have had a very good experience here. The manager Fernando works really hard to make sure that the residents are happy. Whenever I have any maintenance issues, they are resolved, very quickly. My bathroom sink was stopped up and when I submitted a work order, the sink was fixed the next day. I also requested for my shower to be re-grouted and it was fixed very quickly. Also, the landscaping and the grounds are very beautiful and they take great care to keep the apartment community clean. I highly recommend these apartments.

I called to schedule a tour on Saturday (9/4/2021) at 1 pm. No one showed. I called and left a message on their answering machine and every other number they gave me. The only people who answer the phone are from the corporate office. When I asked if they could call the front office to verify that someone was there to help me, they said that they do not have direct access to the front office at the complex. That seemed very strange to me. I then asked to schedule another tour at 4 pm the same day and no one showed for that tour either. Not recommended for tours!

Prospective Tenants Beware! They don't answer their phones and don't follow through on their commitments. I needed to rent an apartment long distance. I called on a Sunday and initially spoke with Gladys. She gave me basic details and told me to call the onsite number. They had a number that was shared so she advised me to let it ring to one of the management options. I tried both options but no one answered so I chose the maintenance option. Maintenance was able to forward my call to a line that Jasmine picked up. She gave me details and promised to look into my questions and have someone call

Resort level accommodations at a reasonable price, considering location. Pool, gym, pool table, 2 dog parks, lake, and a greenway that puts local shopping at the Crossroads in walking distance. We have been told by friends and family they would come here to vacation, because it's so nice. Now that CoVid is going away, front office has started having events again, like yesterday's pool party that included adult activities such as a Paint&Sip (wine tasting and painting). I look forward to seeing what other activities this new management comes out with!

I have been living a the lodge at crossroads for about 6 weeks. I have truly enjoyed this community so far. The front office and maintenance have been extremely helpful. Kimberly, Laurie and Carlos have been the absolute best. Carlos installed my new dishwasher after the other was not working properly. He was so efficient, and respectful. Laurie and Kimberly helped with finding the best apartment and with doing my walk through. The grounds are beautiful and residents are friendly. The only bummer is the parking is hard to find in front of my building, but hey what's a few more steps unless you

Pros:
-Great maintenance staff
-Nice unit/grounds
Cons:
-Management is very unresponsive/unhelpful
-For some reason they choose to make announcements with pieces of paper clipped to doorways instead of sending emails
-4 months after move-out and still haven't received our security deposit
We lived at the Lodge for 15 months. The unit was nice and the nearby greenway was great, but we had trouble with management throughout our time there. My sense is that there aren't enough staff members to handle the number of units they have, because we found it challenging to get a hold of anyone in the
