My Mom lives here, apartments are alright but not really with the money she pays. Not enough parking close to her building entrance and only 2 handicap spots. They have a pool that has been closed since she moved in last summer and no playground for kids - ridiculous for the amount of money she pays and no park close enough to substitute.
