I had my first outbreak of oral herpes nearly 4 years ago. Of all the horribleness, the pain and itching were unbearable. I literally freaked out as my general physician said that it had no cure. The outbreaks were not that frequent initially, but every time I’d fall sick, it would resurface. I had so many sores this year that I was desperate to try anything to get rid of them. Dr. Zhao has introduced me to a whole new concept of balancing my health through the alignment of my body's functioning. Acupuncture and Chinese medicine has offered me an alternative wellness approach that is quite different from Western medicine, and I trust it's 4000 year old history. I've utilized my appointments as a chance to improve my health as well as working in some necessary R&R into a busy life! Dr. Zhao is welcoming, compassionate, and professional. She is a good listener and reads my health needs well. She makes every effort to understand my goals for treatment. The office is clean

Zhao said she couldn't understand what had happened, and that nothing like this had happened before. The numbness moved to the left side of my face and left side of my mouth. It continues now, two months after the session that caused it. I have
