We were really looking forward to moving into these apartments in August. Although overpriced, these are very nice apartments in an amazing area. Nevertheless, every time I go to visit my friend, the office (more specifically two people, Donna and Jacob) consistently go out of their way to be rude to him. At first, I thought maybe both parties were overreacting. However, I recently experienced their behavior first hand and I do believe management to be as impolite and ill-mannered as others on these reviews claim.

What a joke..

While living at Anatole, we mailed certified to both their Corporate Office as well as Anatole's Norman Office which was where we lived..

Nary a response from either Corporate or from Donna in the office..

Now in their response here on Yelp, they invite us to contact them for an amicable solution. Our solution was to move out... ... and we're glad that we did..

There were more problems than what we disclosed in our initial review that we did not share and even now we still have friends that live at Anatole who share with us the ongoing fiasco at Anatole

I would LOVE to give these apartments and their staff a 0. From the racial profiling to being accused of theft and the staff members attempting to commit fraud? I don't know where to begin! Let's start with how the staff cannot provide receipts from the companies they went through for damages we allegedly caused. All of the numbers we have received are just estimates. No proof of where or how they got these numbers. Especially when new tenants have already moved into our old apartment. Either they never fixed the damage or they did and the charges are significantly lower. Damages that
