Understanding and love are at the center of psychological therapy. The ultimate goal of therapy varies with particular circumstances, encompassing methods of overcoming obstacles. Life is an amazing and rewarding experience that also stimulates powerful stressors that are challenging. Therapy provides strategies for addressing these unique situations.

Virtual therapy via telephone or video chat provides the benefits of psychotherapy, but with the added convenience, cost-effectiveness, privacy, and focus of home-based care. Scheduling a session to meet at our office has the same benefits, plus the ability to file insurance, connect on a more personal level, and receive a hug, if that is your thing.
Services
We are currently adding patients to the waitlist. If you are pregnant or postpartum (from birth or loss), we will do what we can to get you in STAT. We will use the following information to verify benefits, start a chart and put you on the wait-list (should we have one). This also allows us to assess your needs prior to coming in.
You will need a computer/tablet or smartphone, internet connection, webcam and microphone (lots of people use a headset or the earbuds that come with their phone to increase privacy). You will want to be a safe, private and quiet location for this. Also, you will need internet or cell service that is conducive to virtual streaming.
I'm great at working with many communities but mostly I've been recognized as the funky house call therapist. I have credentials to back up my work, but most people tell me they like having a therapist that sees them for who are today and can help them create a vision and path for where they want to go and help them develop tools to become the person they have always dreamed of being.
I'm the newest member of Tabula Rasa Psychology. Honestly, I've been working in mental health for as long as I can remember. I graduated in 2018 with my doctorate in clinical psychology and am eager to get started on my postdoctoral fellowship. I'm trained in Humanistic therapy, utilizing an integrative therapy style; patient-centered.
My clients describe me as calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental. I am also known to hold people accountable so they can generate the change they want to see. My approach to the therapist-client approach is egalitarian. I always tailor my approach to my clients and their presenting issue.

Generally, I take skills and tools from a variety of therapeutic approaches to create my own approach that I believe can be beneficial to my clients to help them build their own therapeutic toolkit that they can use beyond therapeutic interventions.Together, we will help you transform your life so you can live the life you want on your terms to maximize the quality of how you live on a daily basis.
