I have lived at The Mark, Shelton, Connecticut, for five years this October 2021, and I am here to tell you this apartment complex is remarkable and what I believe is the very best not only in Shelton, but in the region. Why? Let's start with the ownership and staff that manage the property. They are kind, respectful and they listen to the residents when/if there is an issue. No place is 100% perfect, but should something arise, the staff always, completely and fully takes immediate care of the situation. I have had luxury apartments in Boston, California and The Mark in Shelton Connecticut. Of all three locations, The Mark was by far the best. Victor ensures that the facilities are kept in excellent condition. The management team also creates a true feeling of community and offer numerous social activities for those that are interested. They are always accessible and very timely if they need to follow up with you. Valerie is always extremely pleasant, happy, professional, proactive and helpful. I am really enjoying myself at The Mark. I've been here a little over 1 year. I have a great apartment and there are great people that live here, which makes it even nicer.
My apartment was in pristine condition when I moved in. I felt like I was the first person to live here!
Everyone I have met is extremely nice and especially the staff. They are willing to help with anything you might need. Victor, head of maintenance and his morning crew, Steve and John rock! My fiance and I have been living at The Mark for over 3 years now, and can't express enough how happy we have been. The ladies at the front office - Jennifer & Val really care about the residents like their family and it shows! They work so hard on ensuring the community events are fun, and even throughout covid they have done an outstanding job running fun and safe events! Vic is fantastic and literally a life saver here at The Mark too. He is always ready & happy to help the residents here, and we always say we don't know how the place would run so well without him & the ladies! The amenities

I was recommended The Mark by a friend of mine who had lived there for a couple of years with his girlfriend and their young son. When I mentioned that I was planning on moving to The Mark and asked him what his opinion of the complex was, he replied that “it was a fantastic place to live.” He was not wrong. The layout of my unit, the amenities, and the complex overall is just so well done.

Lived here for over an year. Very well maintained and absolutely safe apartment complex. Great amenities. Maintenance team and front office is very efficient. Most issues addressed on the same day. Have lived here almost a year now, and it's great! Grounds are kept clean, buildings kept clean, amazing amenities, very quiet as well! Maintenance team responds super fast with any issues that arise. Communication that the team sends out is very informative, and keeps all residents on the same page. Lastly, the office team is incredible! Valerie in Leasing is extremely personable, and friendly. She knows her residents by name which is quite impressive! Keep up the great work!

I have lived at the Mark for 3 years, we moved here when the building was brand new. What has kept us here is the one constant from day one Victor the maintenance manager. He is very responsive,kind and very very good at his job. No matter the problem he fixes it,or gets the appropriate person to do do the repair. He is accessible 24/7 without complaint!

Beware of rules!! There's rules on everything!! They don't tell you this when you agree to rent from them. Get everything in writing as staff will lie to you to get you to sign!! That's what happened with me! Going to the pool? Nice right? Relaxing. Not when you get hit with all the things you cannot do. I moved in last summer and my friends started refusing to visit due to al the rules. For the price, I dare you to not want to escape after 6 months. Not happy and left this past week. Now I'm HAPPY!!

My husband and I (along with our dog) loved our year of living at The Mark! The staff was amazing. They took care of all of our requests and were extremely personable. The maintenance group was also very helpful. The grounds always looked nice and the common areas were well kept.
I loved our Acadia apartment! The layout was very spacious and more than enough room for us. The floors and appliances were all in great shape. We had a balcony overlooking the dog park, which our pup loved! My only complaint would be that I wish there was a kitchen pantry, but the number of cabinets made up for it.

Just moved in about a month ago. Very clean and the staff is great and always do everything they can to make sure everyone is happy here. There's a lot of options in the area to rent but I'm extremely happy I chose The Mark. If you're looking for a new place to rent, you'd make a huge mistake not checking The Mark out!

The Mark is one of the finest apartment properties in Shelton, Connecticut, with very well designed layout plans, lush interiors, superior appliances and what I love most; PEACE and QUIET!
The Mark has an incredible staff that oversee every little detail of its operations to insure they are taking care of property, people and oh yes, the POOL - which is spectacular, as are all the amenities that come with living at The Mark.
