Some aspects are good, however, for the price that you pay I don't think that it is worth it. There is throw up outside almost everyday, there are strangers (non-residents) in the woods until 2 AM making noises, yelling and drinking. Moving out was a nightmare as well. They had no communication with us when we moved out. Didn't inform us of payments that might have needed to be made. We had to call them after a month of silence to see if there was anything missing. Again, for the cost you pay it isn't worth it. Joseph and the maintenance team are very friendly though - they made it feel like a

I loved living at this community. I was here for the management change and through the transition we were updated and no major changes took place. We were so glad Ashley stayed onboard! She and the team are great, very friendly and always quick to help. Maintenance is knowledgeable and timely. We only left due to a job transfer and we were very sad to leave! If we end up back in the area, there's no question that we'd return to this complex.

Lived at Huntington for a year and it was a great experience! The community is very peaceful and well maintained. Loved having access to the pool and gym. Great place to raise a family! The manager there is the absolute sweetest and extremely helpful! She takes great care of all the residents. Every time I had questions she was there to assist me! Would highly recommend staying here!!

I am a resident here for the last four years and I reached the stage of “the straw that broke the camel's back”.
This place keeps raising the rent and putting fees for everything and anything and the last thing they came up with is to cut the boxes like Costco boxes to fit them throw the small recycling window otherwise will pay 25$ fees.
I am paying 3000$ per month plus the utilities and now I am paying extra 25$ because I could not fit the Costco box inside the tiny recycling window! I did put them empty next to the recycling window.

My wife and I have lived in Huntington Townhomes for a few years now and on of the reasons we stay is because of Maintenance! Alex & Tommy are personable, punctual & efficient. They are always available and are always around to ask a question or just have a quick conversation with. Good job and great work guys!

We're new to the Avalon Huntington community and we're very happy here! Kathleen in Sales has been wonderful to work with and she's made our short term transition to Avalon a very pleasant experience. The maintenance team is also very friendly and they keep the grounds/buildings impeccable.

Have been living here for about 6 months now and Diane and I have nothing but the best things to say about this community. Courtney and the maintenance staff are absolutely the best and have been dedicated and responsive to any of our needs. Quick example, I was on a conference call one morning and we had a problem with the door to the pantry. I put in a trouble ticket on line while I was on my call and the maintenance staff came out and fixed the issue before I was even off my call. Gotta love it....
