The office is understanding they try to comply with every problem they hear the manger are hard trying to do their work and comply the crew I always see going crazy to fix everyone problems if you try to speak nice and stop inforceing you might see being nice and try to understand you will see a how thing will look the office worker are trying to keep up and the mantince worker try hard to but you have to be clean around your own place sweep your outside your door and keep the garbage out your front door so no ants or bugs come to your home

I have never ever was late with the rent we have paid our rent on time for 3 years the apartment did not notify us of our lease renewal we opt to leave and not renew lease
At the office Darlesa brown the property manager signs a document stating we owe them 2130
We ended our lease on February 2019 we have not lived at the apartment in March at all. The lease contract ended february a 12 month lease.
Stay away from these apartments i will post photos of black mold we had a water leak their maintenance unit never fixed we are currently in the middle of a lawsuit.

Most unprofessional office, apartments are disgusting, mold under the carpets and in the A/C. The only way to live without roaches and ants is to bomb the apartment yourself because the pest control is a joke. Half the time they don’t even show up. Maintenance comes and goes without leaving a note or asking permission first. Termites in the walls and they ignore our calls about them. The office NEVER gives maintainence any messages about repairs needed that are called in. The walls are so paper thin that you hear Everything going on everywhere. They don’t even respect their own “quiet hours”

Appointment are roach infested !!There are roaches in the refrigerator and oven... God for bid you wake up in the middle of the night and walk in your kitchen and see the whole floor moving 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ when you call them to come spray the apartment they always have an excuse🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ or just don’t show up at all... not to mention Maintenance is horrible anything that breaks over there you’ll be lucky if they come fix it within the next month or two.... and Laurie one of the apartment managers kids sell drugs out of her appointment 🤦🏾♀️

Terrible place to live, newly renovated but the staff is terrible. Neighborhood is ghetto and they have the same Tennants for decades. Verry unprofessional staff and they don't keep up with the neighborhood maintenance and will never come fix anything for your apartment, they have multiple shooting in the neighborhood and have huge palmetto bugs!! They wouldn't resign my lease because my service dog , but yet they have kids breaking into people's houses and egging cars on a regular. They don't even come with pest control or washer and dryer

I am very disappointed in this place. My kid and I and my boyfriend have major health problems. This is due to the German cockroaches that keep flooding to the kitchen. I can't even keep food or snacks in the cabinets. My boyfriend can't even come over because he starts to wheeze and has asthma attacks due to the Cockroaches and mold. As a single mom I thought this place would benefit me. All it has done is cost me more money health-wise. Nothing is ever fixed around Here. I have continuously had to clean out the air ducts because of mold. The AC from upstairs leaked two years ago. They still have

The would a good place to leave only if they do maintnance every month.. like check ac check fridge clean the building put back the screen back up cuz at night a bunch of bugs come the kids play ground need to be fix bbut over all from scale to 10 if give them a 5 cuz they could do better its very quit and clean the pool clean the lundry machine work if just want them to do a little more work like make sure the windows works perfect I mean I love the Clipper Cobe but I'm not going give them a 5 star unless the show me what they can do that would also bring me people
