I have been living here for almost 2years and I must say that the community is pretty safe. We’ve had packages left at our door for many hours and no one has ever stolen them. The management team here is awesome. They always are quick to answer the phones and any questions that you may have. And maintenance answers requests pretty quickly which is a bonus!

From the office staff to the maintenance crew they are very professional and quick to attend to any concerns that I have it’s nice to live in a neighborhood where the staff and property manager care about the residence The last property manager was horrible And never did anything to make the community better Jasmine and her team has done a lot of things to make living here more comfortable they upgraded the pool and are working on lots of other projects i’m glad to call latitude point my home

Prior management was absolutely horrible because of last management my finance and I our stuck in a situation that we trying to get resolved and Jasmine , Daniel , Amanda , Taylor and maintenance had be absolutely amazing even though we took out frustrations on them ( very little ) they remained cool and collective and understand if they were in our situation they would’ve been angry as well .. just wanted to come here and say kept up the great work

There are no parking spaces assigned and my partner works overnight. He took my car to work and parked in the grass because there is no parking in the entire neighborhood. There are always 4 or 5 cars circling at night looking for parking. He parked in the grass and they booted our vehicle. We just paid $1700 in rent yesterday and we don’t have any parking spaces assigned. Now they are asking for another $150 to remove the boot. The manager (who is also a resident) said we should’ve moved the vehicle by 7am which is a rule they never informed the residents of. Don’t move in here unless you

A woman asked me last night to buy drugs when I was out walking my pet. This morning another woman with dreadlocks asked if I can get her pot... It’s not a good neighborhood for kids and there are strange men standing in the street late at night which is awkward because of the parking usually being so far away (If there is any parking at all). I’ve told the leasing office about the strange activity but they don’t seem to care. The workers are nice but the manager is a cow of a woman. I recommend looking into Dos Lagos.

I have lived in this neighborhood about 6 months now, and in that 6 months the place has definitely gone down hill. There are not enough parking spots for residents, and we are forced to make parking with what is available. Your car will be booted if you are parked anywhere but in a parking spot, but with no spots available what is your option!? Each resident was forced to register their cars on their tow companies website but for what reason if there isn't readily available parking for its residents and their guests. The leasing office staff are extremely rude and unwilling to fix the parking

They have a tow truck company come in at night and boot your cars or guest cars for breaking the smallest rule. They give no warnings or paper. You wake up trying to go to work and discover you’ve been booted, first offense, and have to pay 95$ on the spot to get it removed, wether you were breaking a rule or not. It literally takes away everything from this place

If you have cars and work late don’t come to this place. They don’t have parking and boots your car without giving you any warning. Had to take Uber to go to work this morning and late for a new car that i just got and didn’t register it yet for one day… When it comes to parking this place is ridiculous

They don’t assign parking spaces so there’s never any parking.. then they boot your car and charge you $90 if you park in the side somewhere. They’re major crooks. It’s sad because the neighborhood is otherwise beautiful but having to pay $90 to park every other day is awful

When maintenance went into my apartment, they let my dog out and DIDNT CALL ME! I came home and my dog was GONE!!!! And they KNEW!!!! I ran frantically around my neighborhood screaming and crying and we finally found him an hour later! Thank God I was on my way home or I would have lost him. They even tried to BLAME US! And offered us 0 support or any compassion or took any blame. I got it all on camera too because I have a camera in my apartment, which I am going to be pressing charges for loss of property(in lease.) we had the worst experience here and couldn

Lost about 5000.00 due to lay offs. I was planning to use that money to move at the end of my lease 12/31/2020. being that I did not have the money to move and NEVER paid my rent late and major health issues (oncology), I thought I would sign for another year. a few weeks ago I was told that they would not renew my lease. I think is because I complained loudly about some residents using the common areas as urinals and went over site mangers head and voiced my concerns too his superiors.
