Victor needs to be fired, Lyndell needs to be promoted to his job. The owners of this complex absolutely only care about money and making as much as possible. Every single negative review here is accurate meanwhile all the positive ones are fake and paid for because they need to keep filling apartments with new victims.

STAY AWAY or pay $2450 a month for this trash complex NOT LUXURY LIVING. Loud systems ALL day and night in complex, drug deals always at the indoor basketball courts while the staff looks away. They hired some basic guy in a golf cart and call him security (because of all the theft and break ins of vehicles) The staff is the Rudest and ghetto type of people. Heard one of the new guys cursing & yelling profanities at another maintenance worker in front of us while we dumped the trash as if to act tough or show off in some idiotic primal way (kids can do their job better than them) NO PARKING after

When people ask me what my thoughts are of living in Quantum Lake Villas, I tell them that I am happy with the size of my apartment, the appliances are good, and the noise level is quiet. However, a huge downside is the parking situation. If you arrive home after 8:00 p.m., you will struggle to find a spot for at least 2-3 minutes. The lease agreement clearly states that no commercial vehicles should be parked overnight, yet there are plenty of commercial vans, trucks, and cars, which take up valuable parking spots. My experience with the community has been favorable. What I enjoy most about the community is the ample green space. Unlike the newer apartment communities which are mostly just building and parking lot, here you have nice grassy areas to play with your dog or throw a ball with your kids. You couldn't ask for a more convenient location either! It is literally the first street off of the expressway. Plus there is shopping, dining and entertainment merely a stones throw away. When we moved to Quantum Lake Villas from across country , we were both excited and anxious. Fortunately, we have been pleasantly surprised by the service we have received from the management office. In particular, Renee Eubanks has been our maintain contact from the beginning. Throughout our time here, she has been responsive, knowledgeable and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and do not consider this place, maintenance almost killed my puppy when the AC broke and they installed incorrectly a portable AC unit which was pushing all the heat into the dog cage. This same unit leaked on the carpet as it wasn't well installed. the complex promise to send cleaners and never did. THEY CHARGED US A $500 DAMAGE WHEN WE MOVED OUT for that exact stain and said our dog peed on it. you have to pay it in 15 days or risk getting reported and not finding other living arrangements, asked for the dispute form and never received it, ask for the person in charge and

Ultimately, I was not able to move in Quantum Villas due the unavailability of a specific floor plan I was looking for. However, my experience with Rene was so pleasant that I had to take the time to write a review about her. She is professional, pleasant & knowledgeable, and went out of her way to provide an stellar level of service. Olen Living is privileged to have her as a part of their team.

I had inquired on a whim due to having to move further south and I'm glad that I did (I didn't look at the reviews first). Lisa was phenomenal and I could tell that she really wanted to help from start to finish. We walked thru several apartments but I never felt pressured or rushed at any point. She was super patient with me and did her best to make sure that we were taken care of. The apartment is new, updated and so far the community has been peaceful. The fact that stores/shops for day-to-day needs are all within a 3 mile radius is a bonus! Thanks again, Lisa!! :)

I was a little nervous when reading the reviews about this complex but I went anyways and spoke with Rfraun Jones and saying she is AMAZING is an understatement . She walked me through everything and even stayed late to show me the apartment. She was kind and sweet and I had a new best friend by the end of the tour! It was a very welcoming experience and I Can’t wait to live in the community. My gut told me not to listen to the reviews and I’m happy I didn’t. Go check it out for yourself it’s a great community.
