The Cove has a beautiful and efficient staff.
I recently had an issue with my rent payments, but once Diane listened to my problems, she had me contact Dara, who is an absolute Angel as well.
These two ladies truly can get the job done and their expertise and compassion are spot on A_One!!
Please also include Jake, each time I be spoken to Jake, he would make sure my needs are met and apartment issues quickly resolved .
The Cove can really use a better security method. It appeared when I moved here in June, you had security drive through each night, but now nothing. We only just received flyers

I regret choosing to move into these apartments. First of all, doesn’t matter how many orders you turn in they never respond. I had a horrible issue with ants as soon as I moved in, and I’m not just talking about a few ants but almost an infestation of them. I turned in 3 orders and never heard anything back so I took care of it myself. the toilet leaked from the time I moved in to time I moved out. The layout makes no sense and I was disappointed once I moved in because due to covid I wasn’t allowed to tour the apartment before moving in. The door from bedroom to bathroom is so loud and

Been here for two months now and it’s been nothing but work orders. First time having to deal with so much issue in a unit. Not to mention the lack of space, the closet. The whole design makes no sense. I’m having all the issue because I was told prior to moving in, that we couldn’t view the unit. I honestly regret moving here.

Hello Google, I'm taking the time to share my recent experience with the Assistant Manager of The Cove. Her name is Dara. I called the office to inquire about a discrepancy in my monthly billing. Dara listened to my question without interruption. She gathered all the information and placed me on a brief hold as she investigated the issue. When Dara returned to the call, she explained the cause of the discrepancy and shared with me her solution. Dara could not have been more pleasant and professional. Exceptional effort and work should always be recognized, and it is in the spirit of this tenet

Hi, would have been helpful to know you need a money order or certified check to move in prior to arrival and then have to leave with a car full of furniture to go to the bank. Also, called because during move in we noticed that the dryer was very hot to the touch on the outside (possible fire hazard) so we unplugged it and called only to get an answering machine. Please note we did not use the dryer at all.

I live living at the Cove! The complex had the most beautiful trees and green spaces I’ve seen in any apartment complex I’ve lived in. I’ve loved exploring the property with my dog, walking along the gorgeous lake and finding all the hidden courtyards scattered around the complex. It seems to be a great place for kids too. I don’t have any, but I often see them playing all over the place! The staff is very friendly and helpful as well, and all my maintenance requests have been handled promptly. Overall, a great place to live for a reasonable price.
