My daughter and I wanted to sit and talk for a bit, Google near me suggested this park. It was clean and well kept. As shaded pavilion placed in the center was relief from sun. It is how ever , across from a school so depending what time you go, it more than likely gets overwhelmed. We had a pleasant experience, hope you will as well.👍

This place used to be good. Except the location is not much to be excited about. Noise at least 5 times a week at midnight. People talking loud on the balcony till 3 am. Weed smell constantly, the parking garage became a racing track with loud music comming out of the cars. Just awfull....
I am not saying that everyone has this issue but at least in my case this issues are constantly.

Really enjoyed my time living here from early 2018 to 2019. I only moved due to job relocation out of state. Ladies in the leasing office were great and quick to respond to any issues. Pricing on rent did increase significantly from year 1 to year 2 but that's normal for Palm Beach County. You pay to live close to the beach. Would love to move back here at some point.

I visited my son in 2016 who was a resident at Monteverde. The condition of the property was positively overwhelming. I relocated in 2017 to Monteverde. Management at that time was accommodating. All positive interactions. In 2018. I believe that is the correct timeline, Lincoln Properties took over and were and continues to be the property manager. Please note, the following is not a personal reflection of Valerie or Saffeih. Occasionally Marissa. Not a negative comment on either individuals. However, I have noted a decline in the maintenance of Monteverde. Starting with entry and exit gates,

I moved into Monte Verda October 1st. 2020. Like every apartment complex it has its plusses and minuses. However I would like to thank Valerie and Sophia for there assistance and pleasant interaction. Everything that was asked of them was handled and taken care of. It has been a pleasure dealing with them both. Thank you Ladies. 😊

I made an appointment to lease an apartment a week ahead. I was excited about visiting Monte Verde. However, I became quickly disappointed since there was no one to help at the leasing office, except for the security guard. The security guard was tried to contact with one of the leasing office representatives and the supervisor. Sadly, no one answer their phone. Very unprofessional.

Smooth move in process and love the location. My only issue moving in was we were told that our unit was being renovated and our appliances were going to be updated. Upon moving in we had to submit a bunch of maintenance request. The fridge is old, oven is old. Also the cabinets are peeling. The washer hose wasn’t zip tied so we had a mild flood and nothing was done by the property manager to clean our apartment. The back patio is filthy dirty and has black stains on it which we were told that they would hire someone to pressure wash and still haven’t. My shower had no shower head installed
