Once they have your money they will proceed to do everything in their power to assure that you have the most irksome experience. Chigger infestation within their pool area went untreated for weeks, rendering the grilling area almost inaccessible without risk of contamination. Constant back charges for vague reasons simply to continue digging into their tenants wallets. A mild racist atmosphere, as if anyone of a darker persuasion informs them of their lighter complexioned neighbors are breaking city noise ordinances, they will literally tell you to call the cops because it's not their problems
