WARNING!! This place is unsafe to live at. My car was broken into multiple times. Shady people walking around at night. The cameras do not work at all. The management didn’t not help at all other then a simple “okay then lock your doors” which I did. Also put down stair neighbors called and made noise complaints for just walking around then tried to verbally assault and threaten us. Management once again took there side because they had lived there longer. I had never felt so unsafe and scammed. This place also tried bugging us for more money for months after we left after they took the security

I called so many apartment complexes looking for my future home and was getting nowhere. It was always “no” when looking for a bottom floor and that was it. When I called Cambridge Apartments I came in contact Irene where she did everything in her power to make sure I got a bottom floor unit because of my disability being paralyzed from the neck down. She stayed in touch with me regularly for a month until I was able to put a deposit to hold my unit for rental. She did not forget about me or let me fall through the cracks of time and distance. Shas done everything in her power to make sure

Do NOT rent here. The rent may seem low but they nickle and dime you for every thing. 1400 in rent quickly becomes 1700 or more with the added fees. When you move out they charge you the utilities for two months. They will charge you to clean the place even if you have already had it professionally cleaned. Forget about not owing them 2k when you leave. It doesn't matter how long you have lived there they will replace the carpets and charge you for it. Not to mention everything in the apartment is as cheap as possible. Our kitchen drawers broke the first week we were there. Anytime we called maintenence

Management is is always responsive and professional. The maintenance person is really friendly and super helpful. These apartments are really close to school districts, shopping areas, grocery stores, parks, and the Puyallup Fair. Parking is not much of an issue, but you get one car-port on your lease. Never had any issues living here, it is always well maintained and a quiet living area.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a couple of months now and we have no real complaints. Being next to the freeway is a little loud, but doesn’t bother us much. I love that it’s located near many fast food, grocery, and gas stations. It’s very convenient. One con I will say is the noise from neighbors. The walls/floors seem very thin and we can hear almost every step the upstairs neighbors make (we are on 2nd floor). I’ve lived in apartments my whole life and this is pretty common so once again, not too big a deal. We recently had a problem with the dryer and the next morning after

I've been living here for four 4 years and really like the size of my one bedroom apt., I love all the trees here and that its close to the downtown area and other shopping, schools, freeway, etc. I enjoy the manager for they always leave messages for things that are going on or things that have to be checked regularly. I have never had any issues with getting things fixed or checked. Mtx., does a very good job, and is friendly and helpful.

Going on 3 years living at Cambridge and I have no complaints! Both the manager and maintenance are both very friendly! Manager is always in the office and helps with any questions. Maintenance does his job and doesn’t take long to come fix any issues! I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking.

This apartment complex has not done any improvements in the seven years I have lived here. The promise of replacing the windows(which are hard to see out of by the way because they are cheap) never came to fruition because later, after I signed a new lease I was told it would happen after I moved out. The rent just went up another 100, and they want another 160 for month to month. You can no no longer pay your rent to the office manager, and you have to pay a fee to pay your rent online or at moneygram. That is so very impersonal to me, as I am paying a fee to pay the water and sewage also. These

Do not rent here. They raise your rent over a $100 a year. The new manger not only will not responds to emails regarding issues the tenant has whether it's people's kids leaving toys by your door or upstairs tenants throwing garbage in the yard. Not only does she not respond about the toy issue she then left a notice for me to remove the toys, after I sent 3 emails over a month requesting someone take care of the toys that were not mine.
