Jon is the best computer technician I've ever worked with. In my opinion, Jon is the best value Austin has to offer for a home technician. He responds immediately to his emails. He may not be able to set up an appointment immediately but he will let you know that. Often, however, I've never waited any longer than 24 hours for an appointment. Jon is amazing. He has moved, repaired, set up and solved issues with all of our home office computers.
