I rented this unit paid Cor Bregman ( owner ) at referral realty $ 3388.50 for one month.
My husband is sick so we are at Mayo Clinic, and do not live in Arizonia.
Upon arriving at unit # 1077 we were welcomed with 4 gigantic roaches laying around dead in the unit, a washing machine that sounded like a train coming through the room ( also didn't spin the clothes ) a air conditioning unit that I was told I could not turn down past 76 or it would freeze he kept $1388.50 of my money and we were ther for 1 hour. The place was dirty and smelled also. SEE what you are paying for first! This guy is

AVOID. Worst condo ever. We moved into a very old looking 2 bedroom and everything was falling apart. We were told they were going to clean the place before we moved it. They absolutely did not. The cabinets were caked with a black film and food stains. Day 2 we couldn't do laundry for a few days and had to have someone come look at the dryer. Which they said hadn't been cleaned out in years. And in the summer out AC went out 3 times.
