Good at collecting money but never does their job correctly. Will charge you for $25 for valid trash yet will never pick up the trash. If you submit request wait about 3-4 and they’ll possibly do something (don’t expect anything because everyone here is lazy and will not do anything and will just never do the service request ) the first week of me… living here someone broke into my car and stole multiple bags and items , One of the janitors here stalked me for about a week and would stare at me or walk my paste and even flicked me off one time while i was driving in the garage

Tanisha assisted me through the rental process. She was extremely responsive going above and beyond, ultimately making my move a breeze…she even moved me in earlier than expected! I am really happy with my unit and the complex seems to be up and coming. The front desk staff were all exceptional, Maxim also assisted me, highlighting a map of the complex to show the best exits and entrances, recommending specific plans for the best deals on utilities and answering general questions. I feel they genuinely care about their residents.

I like my apartment. Renovations are nice but not perfect. You can see the lack of pride but it’s not a dealbreaker just an eye sore when you see it. The big issue here is the lack of response from the office. I’ve been here almost two months and have called weekly about the same things with no resolution. It’s a huge disappointment to pay this much and it feel like living in the ghetto. Would make a difference if the office was responsive but unfortunately it doesn’t feel like they care. The apartment itself I love, aside from the imperfections that should have been handled at make ready

The place itself isn’t bad, but management is the furthest thing from professional. Multiple times I have needed someone to come and fix something, for example my ceiling has been leaking now for 3 weeks and I have had no communication with anyone after sending emails and work orders. My upstairs neighbor was being so loud, it caused a picture came off the wall and I had to call the cops, wrote an email to management about that and still nothing. The management if there is any is a complete disappointment. Front desk staff is helpful and kind when they are available to answer the phones but you

The day before we were scheduled to move in we received a call that our apartment was not ready due to a roach infestation. We agreed to postpone a few weeks while the treated the issue but the unit ended up still not being available. We tried to hang on for as long as we could (almost two months) but after popping in and seeing the infestation for ourselves we decided to move on. The apartment came with a washer and dryer and microwave so we had already given away our own in preparation for the move in. That along with already paying movers and then storage fees cost us over $1k in losses. This

I took a risk and signed a lease before seeing the apartment and even living in the state and it definitely payed off! Maxim and Jacoby were beyond helpful and patient with me and made the move a lot less stressful. They’re always there for support and will help with just about anything! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and very quiet and safe! I’d definitely recommend!

I don't really understand all the bad reviews. Maintenance is great and always address issues promptly. The office staff is very nice and you can tell they try really hard to be accommodating and address any issues I have had. The 2 women that are always in the office are really awesome! All in all the neighbors are nice, lots of families and kids.. I will be renewing my lease for another year.

After months of searching, we finally found this place and it is amazing. Right from day 1 when we came to tour, the service from the staff has been awesome. Thanks to Maxim for all the help throughout the application process.
The apartments are renovated and are pretty modern.
