Our Family reserved the Coyote Lodge for our daughters wedding . It was of the most incredible experiences we have ever had . The owners where so gracious to us and if we needed anything they where on it . You will need for nothing there . Trail walks are great. Our grand children has a blast. We did thanksgiving there and had 30 people come and… share the day . We will be reserving the Lodge again and will also see if any of there smaller cabins on site are available to have other family and friends come stay with us .. We couldn't be happier with our experience renting the jondarosa trail house. We evacuated from Savannah due to hurricane Irma, and the owner and property management team have been great! Took us right in on short notice, and the house is perfect. Has everything needed to make our stay comfortable, and when the power went out, there was a worker here in no time with lanterns and flashlights. I will without a doubt be calling on this company for future vacation getaways. Couldnt ask for better service!

I rented a house from Residential Property Management for over ninety days. The house was in great condition, except for the fact that no one had turned on the water, prior to my arrival.
I cleaned according to their directions. A few days after moving out, I provided my new address and asked if the cleaning had been acceptable. No problems were indicated. Close to the thirty day deposit return period, I received an email telling me that a stain on a bedspread had not come out in the wash. At the end of sixty days, I had no received back deposit or explanation.
After visiting and calling, I finally
