Great location for access to shopping and eating , Dr's ...everything. They're doing a lot of remodeling. Also I would like to add that the manager is NOT as rude nor condescending as I had previously believed. It turns out she has one of the same problems as I do... She can only hear from one ear. So please take time to make sure she knows you're talking to her and don't just jump to the conclusion as I did. I have to also say the maintenance man Clint is pretty quick and good … The air-conditioning filed the floor area in front of it and he had all the water vacuumed out of the carpet and the

Charlotte Martin in the office was rude and deliberately misrepresented the place. She lied about some issues that are reflected in the reviews, and why was her speech slurred? (The 'owner' needs to wake up!) Don't waste your time and put yourselves in a bad position right from the start. There's better places out there that are managed much more professionally by people with a clue. STAY AWAY FROM SEVILLE APARTMENTS -- A BIG ZERO!!!

The manager at the Seville Apts is rude & discriminates against the tenants who are not her favorites...all if them white. She does her best to evict those tenants by constantly making up accusations & writing them up on said accusations. She is confrontational & knows nothing about talking to disabled tenants. I've been here going on 6 years & never had any major problems until Charolette Martin started here a few months back.

Ive seen worse. The bad things are the providers steal the parking spaces closest to the building and the residents are forced to walk farther to get inside. Their are a few handicap spots for the real bad disabled. At times they park in them. I firmly believe the providers should be forced to park farther out and the closer spots left for the residents. I tried to speak up and did it the wrong way ...I was loud but was told to shut up and drop it when I calmed and tried to explain. Freedom of speech HAHAHA They take care of the bed bug problem the first time but you have to pay for it when they
