This is a terrible place. We have been renting from this place for 6 years and they have not fixed anything. Everytime I fix something I turn in my receipts and they wont reimburse me for the cost of the product. Mark is a liar and is a horrible person. This is not the first time he has done something shady about a rental property. I would strongly suggest everyone avoid this management company.

I have owed several rental properties over the past few years. Landmark was truly a dream come true for rental property owners. They currently manage several rental properties for me. They have eliminated all of the stress of being a landlord. They are very professional and great people to work with. I highly recommend Landmark to all of my family & friends. TENANTS AND LANDLORDS BEWARE!!! Some of the people at Landmark Point were nice and others were extremely rude and belittling. We notified them of several problems before moving in and they never fixed any of them. The entire apartment was dirty and had CLEARLY not been cleaned in the slightest before we moved in. We had to clean it all by ourselves and again when we moved out. We put down a $900 security deposit. We were told we would get at MOST $700 back for their "management fees" and we got even less than that back because of bogus "cleaning fees". We bent over backwards and posted the apartment

Wasted our time showing us an uninhabitable unit. Beware of the property located on 4714 S 700 E, Murray, UT Apt 28. It was dirty and in disrepair. Their Rentler ad is misleading, claiming central air when there is not. Several water leaks. 1 of the leaks floods water onto the floor from the dishwasher line. Broken garbage disposal. Dirty stove, no smoke detector batteries, burnt out light bulbs, non-functioning doorbell, washer hookups leak, Broken screen door lock. Swamp cooler with a nasty musty smell. If this is representative of their company i hate to see how they respond to a maintenance
