Spectrum Property Management

If you want to lose $100 come here. You get charged $100 for a application, you call them and they say they are waiting for more applicants. Next thing you know, you're not getting the place because you don't make a lot of money.

It was a huge hassle to see the apt via text msgs, lockbox, etc, It would have been much better to have a live human being there with us. Other than this, it was a nice place, good amenities, no washer/dryer though. Nice clubhouse.

Spectrum went above and beyond to make my transition a smooth one! I've been with Spectrum for almost 2 years and have loved working with them! They are friendly, and respond quickly whenever I have questions or need assistance... Will definitely continue to do business with and recommend them to anyone who needs property management, leasing, property buying/selling, or a quality place to rent!

I've worked Traci now for about 4 years. I have no complaints about her ability as a rental manager. I love how I don't have to worry about a thing and Spectrum takescare of everything. Spectrum Realty is great. I have worked with Traci over 10 years and she is always on top of the properties she manages with us. We have a lot of Trust and confidence in her and in the company. They have a team of people that have always been professional and a network of contractors that give you a fair price on things that need to be done. Property Management is a tough job and she does this with firmness and fairness.

We tried working with another property manager in Salt Lake City for several years for our beautiful Victorian in the avenues which we were renting out. This was our first time listing a property for rent and Traci took the time to answer all my questions patiently and completely. They are always very responsive to my requests and follow through on what they say they'll do. We've had our property manager by spectrum for almost six months now and I couldn't be happier with the service. Even when repair issues come up they make it super easy on me. They simply handle it, with my authorization. Very easy, which is what we were looking for when we decided we wanted our rental property professionally managed.
