Studio Nails

I was a regular at this salon for several years. It's a nice salon, clean, good techs, and good services. I stopped going because both prior to the pandemic and now, I frequently had to wait 20+ minutes for my appointments to start. There was one time when I sat for almost 40 minutes so I got up at left. The employees aren't communicative enough about delays--they only offer up "your tech will be right with you". When I shared this frustration with the owner and intimated that I might switch salons, she told me "best of luck on your future endeavors". An unfortunate end to an otherwise good relationship

I loved this place and the atmosphere. My nail tech was amazing and we had great conversations. As soon as I left I was excited to come back and get my nails done from here again! I even recommended the place to a bunch of my friends. My reason for the low rating is because I got my nails done (gel polish) Saturday morning. And by Monday evening my thumb nail polish started to chip. And today — Wednesday — my index finger was chipping too. I got them done for my sisters wedding and I am already in another state. I was in the neighborhood and popped in for a mani pedi. Lilly was lovely and squeezed me in right away, even though I didn't have an appointment. She did a fantastic job tending to my tired feet and was both personable & professional. My hands and feet have been buttery soft for days, and her polish was applied perfectly. I would highly recommend this place!

So upset and disappointed that I tried to salon. Left the salon crying.
The beginning started out great with expectations that I was being heard. With a nice text and even a call that I could've come early for my appointment which would've save me time for a trip that I'm still preparing for due to my busy schedule.
Turns out- longer time spent on incompetence with no one able to help with suggestions and or opinions on a design or idea for customer experience.

I had such an amazing experience here. Lili is awesome! Most nail salons rush you to the point where the experience isn't even relaxing, but this was the opposite. Lili was so thorough and you can tell she really cares about her work, plus she's so friendly and accommodating. Best pedicure I've had in years, and my nails look beautiful. The place is also very clean and has a great selection of polishes.

Kinnickinic is pretty busy but if you don't mind walking there's generally free parking a block or two away. Appointments were super easy to schedule online. I booked an express no chip manicure with Lili for a wedding weekend. She was super sweet and easy to engage in conversation with. They have lots of gel and no gel options. For someone who doesn't get their nails done a lot but wants to be fancy once in awhile without breaking the bank, This would be my go to place if I lived closer by. Services are affordable and great work done. I'm five days out since the appointment

Lili was great! The salon is very clean, staff is friendly.
There was a 10 yr old girl getting her 1st Mani Pedi and the lady who worked with her couldn't have been sweeter or more accommodating.

Love this place. Clean. Covid-Certified. Plexiglas or drapes between techs and clients. I felt 100% comfortable. They have the BEST massage chairs. While I always loved the place the owner game me amazing advice on my nail care and recommended products that were specific to me. It felt honest — she was truly listening to my lifestyle and the result I wanted.

I felt this way immediately after my first appointment, but I've now been here a handful of times for acrylic and gel nail enhancements (and have seen 3 different nail technicians) and I continue to feel completely satisfied every time.

Shani gave me the best pedicure and manicure I've ever had today! She was so thorough and conscientious! My nails have never looked or felt better. The studio is super clean. All of the staff were friendly. Great selection of colors and services at competitive prices. I'm so happy I found Studio Nails. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Can't recommend this nail salon enough!

My mom and I had a great experience at Studio Nails today. We were very happy that they were able to accommodate both of us on short notice. Ena and Shani did a fantastic job, and were so nice to chat with. We will be back!

What a relaxing gel pedicure with Anna! Love the color options and the space. Anna knows her craft - attentive to detail and the pedicure has been long lasting. And that pineapple sugar scrub...no words. Will be back.

Let me tell you about Studio Nails. ITS BOMB. I've been going to Lany for over a year now. I. Won't. Let. Anyone. But. Studio. Nails. Do. My. Nails. Lany is the owner and knows her stuff. She really only hires people who are competent and know the craft. She's a lovely women and is quick as whip. She won't forget you either. I recommend this place above all near here.
The establishment is CLEAN, COMFY, CUTE.

Chill walk-in pedi on a weekday afternoon; I lucked out that they had a free tech because they were booked steadily after I sat down. My nail tech did a great job and took care of all the details. Lots of colors available (the standard OPI and Essie selection and a few other brands). It was super clean and everyone was really friendly. I've been to some gross salons in my day and this one is definitely among the nicest, but it's still affordable. They have a guest wifi network, so don't be afraid to ask for those details.

One of the best Mani/pedis I've had! Staff is very nice. Made me feel super comfortable and even helped me find the perfect color and sparkle for my event. Looking forward to going again.

Best experience at a nail salon. I got a mani pedi done by the owner, Lany. Very nice, and was gentle with my sprained ankle during the foot massage! Prices are definitely worth it, my nails look beautiful, and will go back for another mani pedi.

First time visiting and I am very pleased with my nails. The salon is clean and the service providers are welcoming & friendly. Lala did a very cool, minimalist foil design on my nails which I love! Great selection of polishes. So happy to have a nice nail place in the neighborhood!

The owner and nail technicians are very friendly and interactive. They show concern for making sure that you have what you need as a customer. I do not treat myself to manicures and pedicures very often, but when I do, it will be at Studio Nails for sure!

What a gem of a place! The service is fabulous & so are the staff. I went in for the first time & totally fell in love with the aesthetic, service & quality of my nails. Ena was my tech & what a sweetheart she is! Great place for bridal parties too.

I came to Studio Nails to have my acrylic nails removed. At other salons the nail tech would take an unused nail enhancement, and pop/scrape off my acrylic nails. This process was not only painful, but left my natural nails severely damaged.
The lovely nail tech at Studio Nails took the time to properly soak and file off my acrylic nails. My natural nails looked wonderful at the end of the process. I then got a fantastic manicure. I couldn't be happier with the end result. As for the salon in general- it's clean, bright, and very welcoming. All of the tools for my manicure were brought
