Attend all regular and special meetings of the Association and its Board of Directors (hereafter "Board"), including Board meetings held in executive session (all referred to hereafter as "Meetings").

NOT PROFESSIONAL...NOT DIGNIFIED. Their manner and delivery of handling matters regarding tenants and property, both lacks professionalism and dignity to those they manage and serve. The way "they" describe themselves falls miserably short of their actions. If you want to be treated and served professionally and dignified.....find someone else.

High HOA fees but poor service.
Stacie managing my Association in very unprofessional way. It took her 9 years and several reminders to address serious issues in my condo: fungus, dry rot and termites that seriously damaged pear blocks and posts at 4 locations below my condominium. She picks unprofessional vendors and workers that do poor job what results in declining appearance and value of property. She also ignores city regulations.

Tired renting a place from them and I was told they would get back to us weather or not we got the place. Had to hear from someone else living in the area to know that they rented the place out already. Really wish they would have at least reached out to me regarding the apartment so I wouldn’t keep calling and leaving messages. Don’t say you’ll reach out to me when that clearly isn’t going to happen.

I have been doing business with Crown for the last year. Dezerai was my leasing agent. Unfortunately she is no longer with Crown.A fantastic person. I can't say enough about her. Professional and very easy to work with. Also produced a excellent amount of business .

Blanca in maintaince has the worst customer service. On initially dealing with her, she is extremely rude. Does not have the required patience to do her job. It is not that hard to try to respect someone and talk to them with kindness, especially when your getting paid to do that exact thing. She should reconsider what she does for a living.

A horrible manipulative staff/ownership. Owner demanded new address for a return of a deposit, sent a CLEANING BILL instead. Downright disgraceful. They spend little to nothing on their properties and do jack to take care of their homes, and blame the result on the tenant. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Nothing but shady tactics and money hungry fat pigs.

Very Confused and Disappointed!! We Did everything that was asked of Crown Realty, filled out the application, went and looked at the property that was available, and paid the processing fee $30.00 per person, waited for everything to be processed ONLY to be told by the Crown Realty website, 3 weeks after processing and numerous phone calls into the property manager, Dan that the property is NO longer with their company and the owner has taken it back. Would have been nice to have received a phone call just stating??? Right??? NO....NOTHING from Crown Realty, Not even Dan, the property manager
