Excellent quick service. Amazing food. Ihad the ribs, saucy and tender with a little crisp on the outside. Just perfect. My wife had some delicious fish tacos. Will be back to try more dishes.

The food here is always great. I ordered the Insalata Caprese and was a little disappointed. It had WAY too much olive oil and pepper on it. I could have spent $13 on something a little better. My friends loved their food this trip though! They had the Blue Cheese Burger and a pizza. Next time I might go that direction or go back to my regular Caesar Salad.

Met a friend here for lunch during the work week. Was quickly seated quickly upon arrival. I ordered a sangria and chicken kabobs. The dish was beautiful and was a healthier light option for lunch. I only rated four stars because the rice and chicken could have been seasoned a little more and is a bit pricey for what you get. Not a bad option with lots of seating and menu options if you are in the area!

Excellent food, if you're not in a hurry. I was here for a company dinner. The food was excellent, as other members of our party agreed, but the wait was very long. It was a Saturday night. The prices were very reasonable for the great food.

Very sad to give this review. They used to be delicious. But since covid they changed their menu. The problem is their menu now does not give any description of entrees and says to ask your server for details. This place advertises as having many gluten free options, nothing is listed. So I asked the server, she said you can get anything gluten free just don't get the tortilla. There are no descriptions! I said I didn't even know what had a tortilla, so she said to get the pasta. The wheat pasta. My dad wanted to leave, but I knew the rice was okay, so I just had rice. Your servers need to be educated

You need to try this place! We had not tried this restaurant until tonight, and glad we did! My husband had the ribs, which were amazing! I had the gorgonzola steak salad, which was phenomenal! The steak was cooked perfectly and ah, so tender. We will definitely come back. Oh, and my white sangria was fabulous 😍 You have to also try the tiramisu, a favorite dessert of mine, and this place makes a delicious one!

I always pass this place when going to the movies but I finally decided to try it. The service was quick and the food was good! I ordered the steak tacos and fries. It's a weird combination I know but I thought they complemented each other! I will definitely go back and try something else. We'll have to go again soon!

The food was absolutely AMAZING. But the environment is honestly so hostile because of the owner. As soon as he would walk into the dining area the servers became tense and started messing up orders and forgetting about us. I do not blame the servers but you can see that the owner does not treat them well. But again the food was delicious 😋

They was extremely short handed. There were 2 waiters and 1 cook, they even had the owner working. The decor is very beautiful, the setting is very relaxing & inviting. The waiter Stephanie was nice and made sure to check on us several times.
My husband ordered his steak med rare, it came out all the way cooked well done. The other 2 steaks was cooked med rare like ordered. They had a good taste to it, the veggies were fresh, carrots were crisp and had a good sweet flavor. My 4 yo loved whatever sauce they gave with his kidmeal tenders, normally he doesn't eat all his food but did tonight. The

Positive: the staff is friendly if curt. ("How'sthefoodtaste?Great!)

Negative: the food. I ordered the steak & shrimp kabobs (menu: "try what made us famous). The shrimp was so over cooked on one side that the meat wasn't chewable. Steak was also overcooked but average flavor. My husband ordered the blue burger. He said it was a below-average, dry burger.

The kabobs were well cooked and delicious, with the exception of one shrimp that was annihilated with paprika. The potatoes were flavorful, but lukewarm. The steaks, however, were smothered with sautéed mushrooms and onions (no mention of this on the menu), and the meat was more steamed than seared. One of our New York strips had gristle all through it, and we had trouble cutting through it, even with a steak knife. It just wasn't the highest quality meat. The lighting was too dark. We were able to get in right away without a wait.

In summary, if you're going for the kabobs, you&apos

My friends said this is their favorite place to eat and I saw the reviews were glowing. I was dying to have their lemon rice so I drove 32 minutes and got the chicken and steak kabobs with the rice. Got plenty of rice but it didn't have all that much taste. Very slight lemon and butter taste. It was noon on Monday. The chicken was a little dry. The steak was better. I bought the hummus which was brown like from pinto beans. Not the usual garbanzo bean. The two sauces with it were not the yogurt tziki sauce. Kind of disappointed. Came with a tortilla

This is great spot for lunch or dinner! The Kabobs and lemon rice are to die for and you have to try the sliders! The service is great and it during this Covid-19 stuff it is great to sit out on the patio. The owner is so personable and is always there checking in with you and making sure you get the best service. You won't have a bad experience at Wasatch Broiler.

Omid treated us like Celebrities from the moment we walked in. He sat us at his best table on the patio with chilled Pellegrino waiting. His restaurant is beautiful, from the decor to the food... It's top notch. This place is an oasis nestled in the hills of Fort Union. He recommended the Kabob Platter which was out of this world! Generous portions of protein consisting of Shimp, Steak and Chicken on a gorgeous bed of lemon rice with broiled tomatoes and green peppers. Can't forget the Pita with a homemade yogurt sauce accompanying a wonderful Greek salad! The sweet potato fries are fresh

GORGONZOLA STEAK SALAD WHAAAAT! You guys...this salad here is amazing. Was in Midvale area for work and eating while traveling is always rough. Try to keep it healthy but also not eat at one of the billion chains in whatever city you are in (and tons here in Utah).

So was searching for a place that had something healthy (and TBH served a cocktail which in Utah is not always a given). Found Wasatch Broiler and Grill in a cool shopping center. Being by myself I went to the bar area and sat at a high top. The barkeep Omid came over and was instantly funny and genuine, making me feel less awkward

Underwhelming and disappointing dining experience. Even though the place was near empty on a Wednesday evening, we waited a while to be seated. No hostess to even greet us. It appeared they had hostess doing table waiting also.

The menu is a hodgepodge of unrelated options. Usually not a good sign. The server recommended the kabobs which they are "famous for" and assured me I would not be disappointed.

I was disappointed. The chicken was over cooked, over seasoned, and dry. The steak was as chewy as bazooka gum and massively over-seasoned. The side vegetables were okay. Both meats

We came here for a family occasion and it was actually really good! I didn't know what to expect since I've never been here before. I must say that their portions are actually very big! In pictures it doesn't look like much. They were so accommodating to our group of 10-12 people 2 hours before they closed. They also provided us dessert for our occasion. I'm not sure if it was on the house or not, but even then, they were so nice about making our occasion special! Their fried calamari was soooo good! I even posted a picture of it on my Instagram story and got a bunch of people

A few years ago, when I worked in downtown SLC, I loved having lunch at the old WBG location, so as our family entered the restaurant tonight I was really looking forward to a great meal. We were seated right away, and the bartender brought waters to our table right away and said that our server would be "right over." Apparently, "right over" means in 16 minutes, because that's how long it took for her to arrive for the First time--it was almost comical that we were asked if we needed more time to review the menu.

Regarding the menu, I'll say that WBG has a lot

It wasn't bad. It also wasn't great. If they didn't consider themselves to be "fine dining", I'd probably give them four stars, but the fact that they hold themselves in finer regard means I hold them to higher standards, and they don't really meet that. This is much more of a "casual dining" establishment. The fact that they have 50+ menu items that range all across the board also gives this away.

I went with the "Wasatch OH BOY!" Burger ($18) which comes with "beef patty and swiss cheese with our own shaved baby back rib meat mixed
