Despite their beautiful properties, TopTech “Krishna” Realty has a long way to go in terms of communication and professionalism. Calls go to automated message and never get returned and realtors don't respond to emails for days or not at all. Be careful if they promise to refund your application fees because their website initially stated this (it now says no refunds) and so did our realtor in person, but as soon as you decide not to go with the property they will be unresponsive in your request for a refund, noted *non refundable app fees* are normal practice but please don't go around making

We rented a house from Krishna Realty in Hillsboro with no issues or concerns this past year.The home was very well maintained, the staff was easy to work with and kept me up to date with a monthly newsletter (email). When I did have a work order I submitted it through their portal and have a response within that day or the next. As for the move out, the walk through/inspection, I was asked to clean or fix a few things (change some light bulbs, replace the air filter, pull some weeds out, had the carpet shampoo and house cleaned and I got my deposit back. I have no issues referring Krishna Realty

Don`t do business with them! Poor quality of service. They don`t answer the phone, they don`t reply emails, they don`t help the tenant, your account on their website does not work properly and they took 30 days to return my safe deposit (the contract says 2 to 4 weeks - but why 30 days?!). So, be patient if you have to make business with them!

I lived in a home toptech managed for 2 years, the employees were always responsive and helpful especially when our heater stopped working last winter they brought us out space heaters same day! We purchased a home here in Bethany or we would have continued renting in the home we were in. We recommend their management to all of our friends when they are looking.

Top Tech Realty (TTR) responds quickly and professionally to renter maintenance issues and communicates regularly on status. I've rented privately owned houses and if the owner is busy, sometimes one can wait a long time for simple repairs. For property owners, TTR is meticulous in its checkout inspection, requiring the renters to professionally steam clean the carpets and hire a move-out cleaner. Although some renters may consider this a burden, it's nice to move into a clean house.

We tried to rent out a property, but honestly this company is the biggest scam there is. We were trying to apply for a house as a group, after we had applied and all wasted $55 per application they would take days and weeks to respond to any of us. They lied and said we were being considered, the proceed to tell us to apply to one of their other upcoming properties as we were in 2nd place for the current house we had applied for. After saying yes, and having our application transferred over to the new house, they then finally told us that we wouldn’t be able to meet the rent’s income criteria

TopTech was very professional and seemed very genuine. My wife and I were very happy living at one of their properties in north Bethany. We had worked with one of the property managers directly and she was very helpful with helping us secure housing before we moved to Portland from North Carolina. The house was perfect and everything seemed to work out easily except for our moving truck got delayed when we moved!
We left off 1 star because we wish we had an option to live at the house we rented longer, the property owner decided to put the house up for sale after we rented it for one year.
