Services
Many factors go into choosing the right dentist for your oral health needs, including the services they provide and the dental materials and technology they have. Most importantly, however, is the atmosphere of the practice and how comfortable, safe, and confident you feel as a patient.
Dr. Steven Garhardt has not only established himself as a leading dentist in the Las Vegas area, but strongly believes in building and keeping positive, lifelong relationships with his patients. This philosophy helps us consistently strive to provide the highest quality services using the latest materials, advanced dental technology, and procedural techniques for our patients.

Missing teeth can have negative aesthetic consequences, but it can also lead to more than embarrassment about the condition of your smile. Even the loss of a single tooth can cause a change in your bite, excess wear on other teeth, and an increased difficulty chewing. If you are missing teeth, you may have noticed that the jaw bone around the empty tooth socket has receded, prompting surrounding teeth to shift.
For many patients who suffer from tooth loss in an entire arch, removable dentures provide an adequate solution to help restore function and aesthetics back to their smile. Traditional dentures, however, often slip and can fall out, making it difficult to bite or chew certain foods, and come with messy adhesives.
Peri-implantitis is a progressive condition that affects the hard and soft tissue surrounding a dental implant. Much like gum disease, peri-implantitis begins with inflammation of the gums that can be due to factors such as poor oral hygiene, smoking, and diabetes. Peri-implantitis can have severe consequences for dental implants and your oral health if left untreated.
The health of your jaw bone is important for the function and aesthetics of your smile. Proper bone volume is necessary to adequately support your teeth and maintain the shape of your face. Bone loss, as a result of tooth loss, trauma, or disease, can cause many oral health problems, including loosening teeth and a progressively "sunken-in" facial appearance.

I have seen Dr. Garhardt for several years, and he always did good work. Recently my dental insurance situation changed, and I was using Care Credit for medical procedures. The office refuses to accept Care Credit, I have asked to speak to Dr. Garhardt about the issue, but have not been allowed to. I'm not sure if the Dr. is refusing to speak to me, or the office staff are not relaying the messages. Unfortunately, I will be sealing a different dental practice.

Dr. Garhardt is not only professional and thorough, but also picks up on the little things he notices about his patients. For instance, he offered me awesome advice on my dental care, such as wearing a mouth guard while lifting to keep from grinding my teeth (something I never even realized could be detrimental). Little details like that, and how awesome the staff and hygienists are make this a great dental office!

I hadn't been to the dentist in.... well, let's just say more than the recommended 6 months in between appointments had long passed. I was nervous about my cleaning but the hygienist Danielle was great and put me at ease. Dr Garhardt himself was also very nice. In a few weeks I have to go back for some minor fillings so hopefully that will go just as smoothly!

I had a really great experience with Dr. Garhardt! He’s a fantastic dentist. Very caring, gentle and thorough. I also enjoyed the work of Daniele, my hygienist. She was very kind and easy going. I would highly recommend this dental practice. My wife talked me into going here and I’m glad she did!

A great place to go for your dental care. A+ service.
Dr Garhardt cares about the health and is sympathetic to his patients, explains everything very well, does not offer unnecessary work, has a great plan for cash patients, and is a top notch dentist.
I also am very happy with the hygienic service.
I went there years and years ago, tried other dentists for various reasons, but came back because – you guessed it – he has been the best dentist I have had.

I am so thankful for the yelp reviews and Dr. Garhardt being in my insurance plan. I have not felt comfortable at the dentist for a few years now and my last dental appointment in 2018 I was not happy at all. This led me to look for a new dentist and Dr, Garhardt has very good reviews on here. Dr. Garhardt has a great patient bedside manner and from our discussion on my first appointment I have a lot of faith that he will do the most ethical thing for his patients. My dental hygienist, Tammy, is so kind and has a great personality. But besides all that, she is meticulous in cleaning your teeth

I was refused to be seen for a cleaning because I didn't want to take medication prior to my cleaning for a very MILD heart condition. They failed to tell me about this on the phone when I scheduled the appointment. They said they asked me some health history questions on the phone, but I don't remember them doing that. The lady at the front made me feel like I was being portrayed as a liar!
When I wanted to speak to the dentist he refused to come over. I wasted a part of my day by going here. When I mentioned that I have anxiety and don't like going to the dentist the hygienist

Wow!!!! Dr. Steven Garhardt and his staff are so amazing. Front desk are professional and great excellent service. It doesn't stop there...it also reflected in the back office staff. I had my teeth cleaned by Danielle! Thanks girl! Also had 2 fillings (one replacement and one new one) by Doctor G and his lovely assistant Lindsey. They are also honest people regarding Treatment plans. I myself was a dental assistant for 10 years and feel very comfortable in their office! Nice and clean. They do a great job. Thank you.

I have been with Dr. Garhardt for over 15 years and have never found him to be anything but totally professional and accommodating. Recently I had a 30 year old bridge break. He called me in to check it and while in the chair started the restoration process. I was very, very pleased and have always been.

Dr Gerhardt is not only the most through dentist I have encountered in Las Vegas, he also really cares for his patients. I felt he really listened to me, it it was as if I did not have to tell him much. He seemed to know all about my mouth issues, such as clenching my teeth, TMJ, dry mouth just by examination as he was correct on all points.
His receptionist was extremely pleasant to me, and to all who entered or was on the phone. The wait time was short.
Tammy, my hygienist has been there for 17 years, and is very kind and understanding of my issues, and did a first rate cleaning.

I did a walk in early in the morning the other day at this dentist office. I was greeted by a very nice lady named angel, I sat down to fill out paperwork and before I can even write my address down. I heard another coworker in the front YELLING and talking very rude and being disrespectful to this lady who helped me. It was very uncomfortable and I felt so bad for this girl and I personally wouldn't want to do business where I even felt uncomfortable myself. So I left and didn't even finish the paperwork. There should never be a reason for an employee to disrespect another employee

Ok, I admit I don't like dentists. But I went here for a check up and found I had 10 cavities. Really? Okay, I got them fixed, but it took me several trips. The dentist and assistants were all very helpful and nice. I haven't been back though, because this place is too far away and it is hard to get an appointment here.
