I submitted a request for a tour and no one ever got back to me. I stopped by the office and there was a sign that said the office was closed due to insufficient heat ?!? What the heck? Good thing I guess, after reading the recent reviews I can see it’s not a good place to rent. Especially the rent increases after a year. Deplorable guys, you are already charging WAY too much.
And your “canned” responses here on Google are ridiculous. I chose to rent an apartment managed thru Bella, they have several properties, best decision ever. The staff are AMAZING!!!

Worst customer service ever.
“I’m too busy to help you”
Why have set hours if you don’t answer the phone ? Also if Vanessa answers the phone don’t expect any help and don’t bother making an appointment they won’t hold it. Living here was great but the front desk really makes it hard to give a good review. Really really disappointed at the new help hired at the front desk. After I made my second appointment Vanessa ended it early because she was too busy to help me fill out the forms for my new apartment complex. If you seek horrible customer service and a great living situation

The apartments and amenities at this complex are nice but that is where it ends. Maintenance and management are HORRIBLE. While living at Timberline I had to submit several maintenance requests.One was to fix a window after a neighbor's kid threw a baseball through it. It took them over a MONTH to fix it. If it had been winter I would have been a lot more upset.

Our family lived at Timberline Place a few years ago, and since then we have recommended this apartment to many friends who have needed a place in Flagstaff throughout the years. But recently, we had to go through quite an awful experience with these people. Two good family friends came to Flagstaff to live here for the last year and moved back a couple months ago. We recommended Timberline, as usual, and when the families were moving out, they transferred the responsibility of their security deposits to us (and signed all the paperwork as so) because they live overseas. My friend is still living here and he loves living here. So I decided to check the apartments for myself, and I saw Jessica, the same incredible staff member my friend and I met last year. She is really nice and always makes me feel welcomed.

As you can tell from other reviews the issue with this place is management, I have lived there less than 2 years and we have gone through 3 different managing companies. Current is Allison-Shelton.
I am trying to work with the director of the property now to revise some of the lease agreements (i signed 2 property management co. ago) and he has yet to return any of my calls or respond to my hand written letter.
I would change my rating to a 5 star if i could just get the level of service and understanding I think should be a MUST for these types of companies/places to get any sort of good publicity

It's always tragic when a property management company does incredible damage to the reputation of an otherwise intelligently planned and highly functional apartment community.
However, I moved in roughly 9months ago and the old management company was removed almost immediately upon my move in, and the current management has excelled at delivering a pleasant sense of community with a beautiful complex that oversees some of the most wonderful natural scenes you can imagine.
