I have never seen anything like this in my life this place customer service is the worst the lady at the Office is very rude and ridiculous how can you be at the office with that kind of attitude in this time in life I am very disappointed and the nerve of her telling me she is new in the office she is waiting for the manager and then hang up

Worse place ever. they got bad customer service. the people in the front are always rude, they never picked up the phone when u call.i was trying to pay rent online. i called them to update my resident email so i can get into the account , i spent all day calling , they never picked up. they just sitting there in the office.

This place have the worst customer service in the planet. Why do they have a phone when nobody ever pick it up. Most of the time they just sitting in the office. I put in an application since early December. They never call me to tell me if I wasn’t approved. It’s almost March I still haven’t received my $150 holding deposit. They don’t respond to your email either. This place must be a joke.

WORSE PLACE I EVER LIVED. THE LADY IN THE FRONT OFFICE IS SO RUDE & THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND THE MAINTENANCE GUY TOLD ME THAT OUT HIS MOUTH.. THE GUY JEAN DO NOT LIKE TO FIX NOTHING AT ALL !!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! THEIR IS MOLD IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS. THIS PLACE DESERVES NOT ONE STAR!!

These apartments are very close to everything which I like. They know how to service there people, when I lived there, the place was quiet, decent neighbors, good rent and nice rooms. I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU SHOULD MOVE THERE!!!!!! And not only but it is very close to everything so I really suggest you move here!!!!!!!
