My mother lives there along with few friends I've made there. Supposed to be gov assistance housing. They go up on rent every year and found out yesterday that company that owned it sold it and they plan on going up every year until they reach over nine hundred dollars a month. These elderly people that live there most don't even draw that much a month. There pushing them out is what there doing. I advised them to seek legal action. Not right to start out great to get the money from our government then to use our elderly parents to turn around and sell out from under them and throw our elderly
