Kasteel Property Management was organized in 2005 with a goal to meet the needs of Real Estate Investors with quality management services. Your monthly statements, invoices, and tax documents are always conveniently located in your portal. Use to portal to conveniently review your account and payments, submit a maintenance request and to pay rent. This is a full property management service. We find the tenants, screen the tenants, enforce the lease, collect rent, do inspections, coordinate maintenance issues, handle move outs and move ins, take care of evictions - if needed. In short we, take care of all the details and work so you don't have to.
As a tenant you can use this section of the website to log into your portal for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests, read Frequently Asked Questions, and to access some common forms you may need. Also, below you can see some of the monthly maintenance reminder letters that we sent out to our tenants on a rotating schedule.

Kasteel Property Management has managed our rental properties for three years. Jeff has done an excellent job managing our rentals. Vacant units are promptly filled and maintenance and repair problems are quickly and efficiently addressed. I always prefer to get directly involved in bigger ticket items such as furnace and appliance replacements. In each instance, Jeff provides insightful advice and suggestions on whether to repair or replace the item in question. Financial reports are timely and provide the information on rental income and expenses I need.

We bought a house and he was super accommodating and made sure he got a tenant in ASAP so we wouldn't be charged extra when moving out of our rental. We live in one of their units for over 2 years and it always felt like our home because Jeff was never in your face and was always fair with rent. With everything from the o line portal to the speed in which he responded to emails. Kasteel is up there in terms of management companies. I definitely suggest renting from them.

We leased a home and were treated with professionalism, promptness, and politeness. Jeffrey Stinson was a real pleasure to work with. The home was cleaned and "polished" on the day promised. Moving in with the remote process clearly outlined by Jeffrey was easy and painless. I really couldn't imagine the process being any more user friendly. Truly a good experience.

I’ve worked with Kasteel Property for almost four years and in that time I have found them to great in every aspect. The company always makes sure that you are happy with your rental and everything that was done to get it ready. They respond immediately during work hours and even have an emergency number for weekend and after hours that they respond to as quickly as possible! I would recommend this team / company to anyone in need of a new home!

The entire renting experience was very well until refunding the deposit. we only had one issue with maintenance which Jeff responded too quickly and professionally. however at the end of our renting period I of our 1225$ deposit I received $289.83 refunded. with the following explanation. 161$ for carpet cleaning. (understandable) $308.25 with the label (cleaning) not only did we spend two days cleaning but we also did not move into a clean apartment when we moved in. 185$ for missing door stops, smoke detector taken down and one needing a battery. SERIOUSLY??? and mis matched painting. all of

I have a unique viewpoint because I am a contractor that was hired to do work in homes managed by Kasteel Property Management. Doing work for Jeff and Kasteel Property Management has been a pleasure! They have been on top of the work that needs to be done and have been very concerned about their clients. We are owners and use Kasteel Property to manage a SFH in Utah County. This team is the best PM group we have found in Utah, and we have tried others before. We found them at a time when we we're having serious difficulties with a prior PM Group and they immediately jumped in and addressed some of the problems we we're having.
What I enjoy about Kasteel is they have transparent and consistent management processes, are responsive, are easy to work with and have been flexible when necessary, all the while ensuring our property/investment has been cared for.

My family would definitely rent from Kasteel again. We rented our unit without seeing it before hand due to relocating from out of state. The unit was clean and the only issue we had was the air conditioning wasn’t working. We filed a maintenance report and it was promptly taken care off. The issue was due to low Freon and once that was refilled there were no more issues. Jeff was great to work with and my family didn’t have any issues. We paid our rent on time and properly followed the checklist upon moving out and received our full deposit back minus the carpet cleaning they outsource. Best

We're tenants The bad reviews are from people that didn't read the leases and rather expected money out of charity and didn't get it, or are awful at communicating. Come on guys, understand the terms! Jeff with Kasteel Property Management is friendly, easy to work with, and understanding. He obviously is going to hold you to contracts, but is understanding of unique situations and will always do what he can to help.
