Majors Place Apartment Homes

I've made several efforts to contact these apartments to try to start the leasing process only to be told the "mailbox is full, goodbye". I understand we're in unusual times but how am I supposed to get in contact with you?

I am a former resident of Majors Place in Greenville, TX.
I have recently bought and moved into a new build home on Feb 28th. I had told Leah and Maria both I would be leaving the 28th of Feburary when my 4 month lease had ended. I told them that when I signed the 4 month agreement. There would absolutely be no renewal.
The leasing office and I have spoken over the phone around 4 times in the last 2 months where they were aware I was leaving. And even asked me how it was going with the new build.
I had even called leah 2 weeks before Feb 28th to make sure I had a zero balance owed.

Majors Place is one of the few great apartment communities I have lived in. Miss Lia and Maria really seem to care about the residents. You might pay less for rent somewhere else, but Majors Place is worth the price.

They are VERY RUDE! Complain about oil spills and giving fines and when I looked around the property I noticed there were quite a few more oil spills and huge ones at that are you going to fine everyone or just single who you want out?? They are very disrespectful the maintenance man came up yelling asking who was going to clean it up because he wasn't. If you hate your job so much QUIT! 1 star is generous this is the most disrespectful staff I have ever dealt with I would NEVER recommend moving here unless you like being yelled at for no reason. You'll never get my business and I see why they

I had the opportunity to look at property at Majors Place Apartments, and I really like the floor plan layout. It was very nice, and peaceful environment and close to accessible interstate, and highways. The Management team was very nice, professional, and the Property Manager had vast knowledge of the property, and informed me of all the community activities they have on property for the residents, and children which was a plus for me. Hopefully this will be my future home.

Overall the apartment itself if very nice but there are some issues with the management specifically around communication.
The apartment itself is very nice with modern appliances and decent floor plans. My main issue with the apartment itself were pest problems living on the 1st floor so I strongly recommend a 2nd or 3rd story apartment.
As far as the complex as a whole the gym was almost never functional with the majority of the machines broken at any given time, but there is a nice pool and lounge area. Additionally there is a sizable drop off when you enter the complex creating a very dangerous

When my lease is up I will not be renewing. If Maria was the manager possibly she at least cares and listens to tenants. Friday I received a pay or vacate notice on my door by the manager because my water bill was 162 in June doubled by July for a 2bdrm with just myself and my 12yr old daughter eventhough my rent was paid. I had to call corporate for help and answers I'm am grateful they listened to my concerns because management ignores them. My lights still flicker in the restrooms. Water comes out slow in the tub literally plus drains clog easily. Requested my carpet to be fixed 4 months ago

Great apartments! Clean, sweet staff and a nice pool too. All our neighbors are friendly and have welcomed us. The first impression i had was how warming the apartments felt. Couple weeks later we moved into our favorite apartment to date! I told them exactly what i needed, they gave us a move-in date and that was it.

Let me start by saying at the time of this review I am a current resident of this apartment complex. These are really nice apartments and everything has been quiet and there hasn't been any problems crime wise or anything. We love these apartments and what they offer here. For us it's a great place to live. I highly recommend this place.
I had a small kitchen fire that damaged our Stove and Microwave which needed replacing and while it took a little longer than I wanted it to everything has been replaced and taken care of. I'm very thankful for them working with me with this issue and getting
