The worst place to live!!! HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS PLACE BUT IF YOU MUST LIVE HERE WATCH YOUR PROPERTY BECAUSE MANAGEMENT HAS NO PROBLEM ENTERING YOUR HOME AND STEALING FROM YOU!! MANAGEMENT AND CREW ENTERED MY APT WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR WORK AND HELPED THEMSELVES TO WHATEVER THEY WANTED!!! OH AND AFTER STEALING FROM ME THEY ALSO PUT $1800 WORTH OF BS ON MY CREDIT! CORPORATE IS JUST AS BAD IVE CALLED A TON OF TIMES OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS AND NEVER ONCE A CALL BACK!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE THIEVES! I had a tour scheduled at 11:30 and was told earlier that I would be able to reschedule anytime by calling the office number. Except after trying to call multiple times throughout the day with zero response or call back, I decided to drive an hour and a half away to see if the office was even open and view other apartment options. Upon arriving I was greeted with the rudest employee I’ve experienced in my entire apartment hunting journey. The employee Selena Oropeza was firstly reluctant to answer my questions but most importantly was extremely rude and unwelcoming. After reading other reviews

My roof has been leaking for a month.
I’ve notified the front office several times and they keep claiming it has to stop raining for them to do anything. We’ve had several days without rain and no patch has even been done and i have to call to get any update and to be told the same things. It’s ruining the carpet and the doorframe below the leak is completely warped and i wouldn’t be surprised if there is mold. I was happy with maintenance and management until this issue arrived and i haven’t even been offered a different apartment and just expected to stay in the leaking roof.

Just moved out about a 3 months ago after living there for almost eleven years and although I did not like it the first half of living there mainly because they of how were ran. Though within these past few years with the assistant manager and manager that they have now who has been there for 6 years now has made it better. They are fair and I have come to see them as really great friends and even family. Even there newest leasing manager who has been there for one your now is very sweet and polite just like the rest of the staff.

We gave them 60 days noticed to moved. However, we were told that there’s no fee for us if we moved out. They never send us a letter. We couldn’t believe that we received collector for $1,240. I learned that if we do not fulfill the lease we will be charged a reletting fee. It’s ridiculous. I put star 1. They’re not honest period. Don’t live there.

Called a couple times to schedule an appointment, took a while to get ahold of them and each time they were rude. I thought they’d be nicer in person, but they weren’t and I wouldn’t rent a place here bc I know if I need any help they’d be rude and hard to get ahold of. Briar cove has very friendly and easygoing staff, as well as beautiful units, I recommend!

They refused me and my roommates cause we make to much money sorry we want to give you money so we can find a place to live but no we make to much and the people we talked to were telling us things that they refused to tell is before hand they lie cheat and scam people with a high application fee thats none refundable. They are just a scam.

We just moved in, and let me tell you, the townhome is nice but so far we've had roaches (infested with the little buggers) and fleas that were already taken care of. Front office is hit or miss. It was not clean when we moved in, we have bug traps and have sprayed a million times but the roaches are still coming in by the hundreds it feels like. The home itself is nice! But when you use the app for service requests they close them without doing anything. Kind of frustrated that I can't get anything done (it says in our lease we are not allowed to do any work unless its through the company but
