Spotlight scheduled my inspection to occur within 2 days of my call. Miko was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions during the inspection. He has a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of house construction, electrical systems, plumbing and HVAC, and understood the dated systems and fixtures in the old house I was buying. The report Spotlight generates is very user friendly and was ready in less than a day. They also do termite and radon so you don’t have to get separate inspectors. I highly recommend Spotlight!!

Will was the best I have ever worked with. He had a ton of knowledge and walked me through everything he found. He also gave me a couple of different ideas on how to fix things he found wrong. If it’s your first time buying a home and handling your first inspection I highly recommend going with spotlight and asking to work with Will. Jeff Arms did my new construction pre dry-wall inspection. He was very helpful and explained everything to me and gave me tips for things to do once I move in to help prevent leaks with the washing machine. The report was extremely detailed with photos and the builder was able to make the needed adjustments very quickly.
I will definitely be rebooking with Jeff for my settlement inspection and at the one year mark before my home warranty ends.

Used Spotlight for my initial home inspection and stucco inspection 10 years ago. I used them again to reinspect our stucco this week. I inquired about the second inspection via email and before day’s end had an appointment scheduled within the week. I was very impressed with their response time and scheduling. After some confusion on the cost of the inspection (which was entirely my fault), Spotlight took $50 off the price. Tyler was the inspector onsite and was very thorough in his explanations as I asked a lot of questions. He was so professional and friendly. He took his time and offered suggestions for future maintenance. Also talking with owner Bill to follow up on the report findings was very helpful.
