My day is reliant on how the little kids above me want to act. I am literally woken up every single morning around 5 or 6am to them running and stomping through the apartment. This also occurs randomly through out the day. The lights on the ceiling vibrate, I occasionally have to screw them back in ( not a joke ). My dog does not even react to the sound of fireworks but shakes when they are stomping ( it is that bad ). The parents don't care how the kids act and they have 0 respect for their neighbors. Management has done nothing with the numerous noise complaints that I have submitted. We have

Cheyenne has been helping me so much these past like 6 months. She lets me know every little thing I need to know. Also want to say Candice was amazing when she gave us a tour on one of the apartments. I highly recommend Salem wood apartments. They have amazing people there as well as nice beautiful apartments and plenty of things to do when you live there. I honestly feel like come there and never thought I would with it being a apartment. Thank you all so much for everything y’all have done !

After 8 years, our family is thankful to Ricky, Cheyenne and Ashley for giving our family a home at Salem Wood Apartments. It's safe community is close to all Salem schools from elementary to high school, allowing our son to have friends close to home. My husband I moved to Salem Wood back in Jan 2020. Prior to this, we had lived in other medium/big cities. We have experienced living in different kinds of properties. But none of them could surpass the services provided by Salem Wood.
Cheyenne - the property manager was fast to set up an apartment tour as well as provide all of the info/materials we needed when we were looking for a place. We had so many questions regarding the move and all things related. I'm thankful that Cheynnne is attentive, kind, and incredibly patient. All of our issues got resolved very quickly by

I have lived in Salem Wood for a little over 2.5 years. In this time the management has been wonderful and the apartments are decent.
Pros:
+Comfortable apartment with space for single occupants, 2 or 3 roommates, or a small family.
+Management is excellent. They do a lot for the tenants like drop off packages arriving while the tenant is out, complex-wide events, and more.
+My questions, concerns, and complains are taken seriously.
Cons:
-The apartments carry a lot of noise vertically.
-Floors can be squeaky especially if people above walk with heavy steps. Pet footsteps are also clearly
