A dozen visits in less than a year. Furnace unnecessarily replaced. New furnace drain line improperly installed. House repeatedly flooded. Complained up to the owner on more then one occasion. Had to file a claim with insurance for the water damage. Finally drain line correctly installed. Out thousands of dollars. Would not recommend them. Dealt with different techs constantly.. and heard different stories every time about the causes of my issues. I didn't believe the other bad reviews... and made a mistake

I fired my previous A/C service company about nine years ago because they wanted to install an expensive part that was not defective. I hired Kleen Air Services, and have only good words to say about them over the last eight years. We have a service contract with them, and if I call for an emergency, they are here within 24 hours usually. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Kleen Air Services. My air conditioner went out during some of the hottest days in June. Other larger companies could not schedule a service call out to my home for 8 days but Kleen Air Services was able to service my conditioner the very next day. The technician was knowledgeable and trustworthy. He explained the repairs that would be needed and also gave me a heads up of possible future repair warning signs. I would definitely use Kleen Air Services in the future. The level of customer service was excellent.

I had to replace the HVAC system in the home we recently purchased. Kleen Air Services did the inspection that revealed the problems with our system. After diagnosing the problems, I received a quote for the new installation that was very fair. We wanted to go with different equipment, and Kleen Air worked with me on getting the right system at the best possible price.

We had a couple of inspections done on our heating and A/C units and as they were over 20 years old, we determined that we needed to replace our A/Cs and furnaces. And we knew it was not going to be a minor installation nor inexpensive as we had three systems that cooled and heated our house. After talking with a number of companies and checking review sites like the BBB, Yelp and Angie's List we decided to go with Kleen Air Services ... and we were not disappointed with our decision.

Amazing customer service, the tech had to start our repair but was going to have to wait a few hours for it to thaw, so he came called later the day to check in. Once it was finished set up to come first thing the next morning. Could not be happier with the level of support and care from the tech.
