Bristol Square Apartments

Management is nice. Good place for people looking for income based apartment. Do have a roach problem.

I would avoid this place moving forward as a tenant. Not what it use to be.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Your car will be broken into, the cops are there at least 3 times a week. Nobody there is employed, so everyone is desperate. My car was broken into for change in the cup holder. I provided a written 30 day notice (as the manager Karen Taylor said that's all I had to do) and still received a bill. They are extremely shady, and the manager only looks put for herself and her family that lives there. If you are hard working, and enjoy a peaceful environment, refer to my opening statement!! Rent also goes up every month for those that are employed.

I visited a friend the other day and I thought she had a nice apartment. Just right size. I can't wait to get mines🤗

Visited a friend that lives here. Her apartment was neat and clean. The grounds looked kept up but it was winter so I’m sure they are nicer during the spring and summer. A few neighbors were out and about and everyone seemed friendly. If I had to find an apartment, this would probably be one of my first places to look.

Decent place to live you can't ask for to much because you get what you pay for sure there are roaches but neighbors are friendly and management is good all in all its perfect if you dont have alot of money

People seem to always complain but forget these are not middle-class apartments. There are roaches in some buildings, the people are mixed between elderly, kids, addicts, cops, and few in between. But the manager is very cool and understanding the maintenance Guy is pretty nice and if you don't like it here than someone would gladly take your place who could really use it.
