My husband and I both had major job changes and moved from Oklahoma to Texas this spring. With the timeline we were given we weren’t able to come down and check out the apartments in town but online they looked amazing. We got here in April and it did not disappoint! We love the location, love how spacious and open the floor plans are. Lots of natural lighting in our master bedroom, which I love. We have only had one time we needed maintenance and they were here within the hour of submitting the request and fixed the leaking sink right away. Pool is great in the summer time and the fitness center

My wife and I had to quickly move to Texas as we both took jobs in the spring of 2021 and needed a place to find and call home fast, as we were from out of state. The mgmt. crew worked with us and was able to get us in our spacious 2-bedroom apartment. We love our apartment, and the location is amazingly close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the highway. I recommend.

The management here (Cassie and Alex) are next level amazing at their jobs. They have worked so hard to revamp the property with new landscaping, signage, cleaning crews, etc. They go above and beyond with their customer service and have literally moved mountains for us and our neighbors to make sure that the residents here are happy. They’ve made this place truly feel like home. We can rely on them and trust them! I’ve never had this experience like this with an apartment complex before and are thankful for them. It’s amazing how much of an impact management can have on a property like this

I have lived here for the past 6 years and always been a happy resident. I never have trouble finding close parking, the pool in the summer is amazing, and the office staff are always so helpful. Logan is awesome. Maintenance is great and super quick to fix any issues. I honestly have no complaints! It’s a great location too.

Summercrest Apartments is a great place to live! It's conveniently located near all the shopping centers, while still getting country views. The staff is friendly, and maintenance stays on top of things. My neighbors here are also friendly and create a safe environment. I couldn't have picked a better place to call home!

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years now and have loved every minute! You definitely get what you pay for! They have a nice dog park, a HUGE swimming pool, the staff has always been helpful and friendly. We have a one bedroom and it is so roomy. The brand new appliances and granite countertops are beautiful too. Anytime I have company over they always tell me how pretty they think the apartment is. 10/10 recommend!!

My wife and I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years now and we love our apartment! The layout is great, there's a huge island in the kitchen, and all the appliances work perfectly. We have never had any electrical problem other than lights going out every now and then, for which the maintenance crew generally responds to quickly.… Aside from minor inconveniences with the dumpsters and gates, everything is really fantastic here. The pool is very nice and the grills are used frequently in the summer, and the dog park is great for letting your dog run around. The workout room
