I will say the front desk staff at the hotel was fantastic and very kind refunding our room. The casino is an absolute joke and I would never return. The casino security also ruined our hotel stay so we ended up checking out and leaving. Accusing somebody of open alcohol in the lobby after they show you it's closed but then still call 3 more security to harass them. Not cool and will never return.

We drove 3 hours from NH to get there early to gamble. They told us if we wanted to check in early it was $30!!! First I’ve heard of a charge. Either the room is ready or it isn’t, don’t nickel and dime people! The restaurant was nice and food was good. Also first time seeing only 2 roulette tables!!! One of the most popular games with the least tables in the casino! I could barely play on a Saturday night. We will not be coming back.

This is by far the worst hotel any of us have ever stayed in. We had reservations for One night on October 17, 2021 check-in was supposed to be 3pm. We didn't get our rooms until 7 pm . We waited for four hours to get a room. Deck clerks Supervisor and manager are totally clueless. They don't know the first thing about running a hotel or what customer service is all about.

Just the right size casino! The slot machines are varied - from 25 cents on up to big bets - and table games too! The staff is friendly, everything is super clean and ample parking. The bar/restaurant is open and also the quick snack bar. Go!! The ride is beautiful this time of year and maybe you'll be lucky!

Cheap jerks. I was at the roulette table and placed my 4 chip bet on 29. I couldn't reach so only 99% of the chips fell in the square. Number 29 wins and the croupier decides it wasn't on 29. Got something more than I betted on, not not as much as they cheated me out of. I've gone to real casinos that were more generous for things less clear.The sleazy house always wins.

The Oxford Casino offers an experience that would not compare to a Foxwoods or Las Vegas, but for has a small town feel that makes you feel more appreciated. The entertainment center is a great spot for parties or birthdays. The restaurant has good food. Drinks are NOT free on the gambling floor, but you can order from your slot machine or table.

While in Maine drive about 45 minutes to this casino. Small but decent and clean. Unfortunately the tables weren't available during COVID. Made the best out of the visit. Great experience for me I won $100 on penny machine with the $10 complimentary card! Not bad at all. So, go give it a spin & Good Luck!

Maybe I've been spoiled by Vegas or Foxwoods but I was super disappointed with my first trip to Oxford Casino this afternoon. I understand that things are different now due to Covid, masks are mandatory, there's sanitizer everywhere, the machines are blocked off into sections by black curtains. Most of their slots are shut down, there's plenty of social distancing between each machine, but there are some rows that are completely shut down, not every other, just all of them. It made finding a machine I liked hard but I did manage to find one. I put over $200 in it and the most I won

Well, first off. I'm glad there's an opportunity for people to potentially win money in a casino in Maine. But there's a problem. This isn't Vegas or Atlantic City. So certain laws prohibit certain typical casino procedures, like free drinks while you gamble away your rent or spare money, however we choose, but it's still crappy to pay 8,9$ for one beer and have to be limited to drink allocation. But this is maine and we got a lot of drinkers, so I get it.

It just keeps getting worse! Now you forget to put my $10 slot credit on my card for declining the room cleaning. Had to go to 3 different people, walk the whole casino just to get THAT fixed. Ridiculous. How about instead of explaining yourself away, you offer customers perks/comps for your continuous screw ups that frustrate us and waste our time?

Fine place to go for a quick gambling excursion but often very crowded and machines are so close together getting around can be hard. Especially if you have a cane or chair or limp. Free drink station is nice to have. Food choices are so limited we eat before or after going. There isn't much around so it's not usually more than an hour or two adventure.

When I think of casinos, I think of Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun in CT. Not being a typical gambler, I appreciate these casinos because they appeal to more than just your average gambler throwing money into the penny slots. They have shops, great restaurants, various shows...the list could go on.

Not bad for a Casino in Maine. The parking lot was full and it was also pretty full inside. It's not a big casino like Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun but it has plenty of options and is clean and well taken care of. I noticed that it looked like it had a hotel attached, I'm not sure how that is but it's a hike from my house (I was up there visiting family) so maybe next time I'll try the hotel part.

It's loud in here be ready, But no smoking inside, which is great. I played a few dollars on a machine and lost it all so stopped LOL. There are plenty of machines for players that like high or low stakes, tables, and roulette too. They have a restaurant there as well, but we passed on that, electing to eat at the Lost Gull seafood hole in the wall down the road.

I've spent a fair amount of time in different casinos. I used to live in Montana and have been to Las Vegas a handful of times. Out west, you literally see everything from elaborate, themed, casinos to a dive bar slot machine in the corner. This falls somewhere in between.
