The 105 Social House is located in Palmer Lake, a small mountain community between Castle Rock and Colorado Springs. Our building was built in the early 1900's as a private home, and was eventually converted into a restaurant. Our restaurant is available for private events: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more.
We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event. We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant, and do our best to work with local vendors and growers. Colorado's growing seasons are impacted by the varying weather every year, so our seasonal menu offerings will coincide with what Mother Nature allows us to work with.

Stopped in here after a five mile hike. Was really craving a sandwich but they didn't have a vegetarian option. The kitchen made me a portobello melt, off menu, that was phenomenal. My sister got the brisket dip sandwich, which was also amazing. Such friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Will be back again!!

Let’s start with the customer service... top notch. Fast, very friendly, and on top of possible needs. The food... soooo good. Everything we ate was delicious and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere... my son was… struggling with the music, we were asked if I’d help to turn it down (without needing to ask them). Zero complaints. Definitely check them out!

The food was exceptional last night. I had the best burger ever there. A craft burger, so much attention to detail! The fries were fabulous. I added bacon which was cooked so perfectly, I want to know how they did that. All the food was top notch The weather cooperated. They had a fun live band outside in a very cool elevated gazebo. It wasn't too crowded. Nobody let the virus BS ruin their night out. I met an old friend from many years ago unexpectedly. That just added to our fun. Everything seemed to just be going right. The servers were nice to us and timely. We could very easily converse, not
