We had my grandfather's 90th Birthday party at La Casa Fiesta and it was fantastic! We reserved a private room and had a slideshow on the TV monitor. Thank you for your excellent customer service and for helping us to make this day special. You're the BEST! We've been going out for Mexican food for 40+ years, in restaurants from Arizona to North Dakota.
La Casa Fiesta is our favorite place to come! Summer on the patio is so refreshing, and sitting by the fireplace in the Winter gives us the comfort food feeling we love. Delicious Mexican food that you can get fast, but it doesn't taste like fast food. If you need a quick meal, you can do it. And if you want to kick back and enjoy friends and family while dining, you can do that too.

I've been coming here for over 20 years, hosting family events, birthday parties, golf league events, etc. I've always loved the outdoor patio & atmosphere. But the owner has decided to express his radical right-wing Covid hoax political views on the wall in his dining room, so now I'll be boycotting indefinitely.

Best Mexican restaurant I've encountered. Fresh and delicious food. Best service. Gracious and kind. I came yesterday in a bind, realizing I had no lunch for my daughter who was playing in a volleyball tournament nearby. They got me two chicken tacos in two minutes, and my daughter was fed. And they were very yummy. So I had to come back for lunch. Just as good.

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. We were given the run around for MONTHS on scheduling an event that they originally were so open to scheduling with us (5 months in advance). Then all of a sudden they weren't available every time we called, then they missed multiple deadlines to call us back (deadlines THEY promised) and then ended up telling us they booked SOMEONE ELSE on the day we were asking to book our party (we had spoken to 4 different people going back and forth for MONTHS at this point). Absolutely a horrible experience and we'll forever take our business elsewhere

This is the second time we have been here and both times not impressed. The most impressive is the bus boys who work amazingly hard and have great attitudes. The fajitas we got were combo and had shredded chicken throughout which was interesting, steak was pretty tough and had a very strong lime taste. One of their salsas tastes like tomato sauce.. Chicken enchiladas were average. We sat next to a older veteran who had asked if there was a military discount and the waitress replied I have to check with my manager. We then paid their bill and decided at that point we won't return.

Portion size tonight was pitiful. both my husband and I thought the same thing. Two teeny cheese enchiladas and a tiny bit of beans on a smaller plate than I remember - 12.00. Husband said his bean and beef burrito was small too. Not saying we won't be back but have decide to try some of the other many Mexican places in Monument. I never finish my food in Mexican places and it was all gone.

My family wanted to take a trip down south and we found this place on yelp. we were pleasantly surprised at how amazing this place looked. The Ambience is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Our chips came out with spicy and normal salsa and was filled quickly. The food was good but not shockingly good. I had the Tamale plate and didn't feel like I got the best meal. My other family member got a quesadilla which was wonderful.

There is something seriously wrong going on in this kitchen. BEWARE The one star is for the beautiful outdoor seating area. I honestly can say that the food is the worst I have ever had at any restaurant I have Ever been to before. I ate there with my husband and our food tasted so bad, that I literally had to spit out the bite I took. It tasted like there was some sort of chemical on everything!! I don't know if it is the oil they used or if they accidentally sprayed bug killer all over our food, but it was really gross!! We both normally eat an extremely clean diet. Organic and no processed

I can't believe this place is even open, my food was so bad that I wouldn't give it to my dog, tasted like it was a frozen dinner reheated, no flavor what so ever,my glass was dirty with something red in it, when brought to the waitress attention she said it's probably salsa, who wants someone's left over salsa in their drink! Definitely not during Covid!!Then they tried charging us for things not even ordered.Sad to say I should of just went to Taco Bell to start with!!

Let's start with the good. The ambiance is just awesome, and the Diet Coke was fantastic.
Here was the rest:
1. Salsa= bland (my spouse and I didn't know which one was "the Spicy one."
2. Refined beans= good consistency, but bland
3. Rice= bland
4. Fajita chicken= bland
So the experience: 50 minutes to get the food. Salad came out without dressing and I was then asked if I wanted it...Uh yeah..5-6 more minutes to get that. Tables were left dirty for a long time. Heard another man ask where his food was after an hour. Aside from the Coke and the restaurant appointments

*SOCIAL DISTANCING NOT ENFORCED WITH SEATING* The saving grace of tonight's experience was the incredible friendliness of the staff- my waitress and the hostess, especially after we asked to be moved. I just want to highlight this would be a 1 star if not for that.
Of course this is one of the only sit down restaurants around these days, with supposedly 'limited seating/spaced seating'. Well, our table was right next to a pillar in the center of the room, and on the other side- like literally also touching the pillar was another table. When we first sat down, I didn't think

Outdoor Dining with Red and Green Chili? I'm in!
The large open-air patio space at La Casa Fiesta was just what I needed when I got to Colorado. The verda and rojas chili offerings are right in line with those I've experienced in New Mexico, complete with pork on a large plate with lots of traditional fixings. YUM
The masked-staff was efficient and courteous, and the place has plenty of private off-street parking.
Lots of big tables for families with more than four, and plenty of options to choose from on the menu for all ages!
The place was busy though not overbearing and they have

This restaurant was just average. I ordered the chicken nachos la fiesta style which came with cheddar cheese, guac, sour cream, lettuce, tomato and olives. The chicken on the nachos wasn't very flavorful, just plain pulled chicken. Their salsa and chips was pretty good but spicy, if that's you're thing. The frozen lime margarita was delicious though! Prices were reasonable. Decent Mexican if you're looking for an easy meal.

Love this place as it is a staple in Monument and hasn't missed a beat during Covid! They have sooo much space for diners to eat outside and in, its never a terrible wait. Great happy hour and super friendly family owners and staff.
Everything smells amazing as it rolls past and the only thing I wish for is portobello mushroom fajitas! They would make this my 100% favorite. The prices are great and taco Tuesday is really still a deal.
With so many businesses decreasing their menu size and increasing their prices during Covid, as well as cutting out happy hours and specials, it makes it hard

Casa Fiesta is a staple and long standing Mexican restaurant in downtown Monument.Upon arrive, you will notice that there is plenty of parking. the restaurant has its own private parking lot. When you park, and as you walk up to the restaurant you will walk through the outdoor seating. There are about 20 tables outside and a large water feature.
As you walk into the restaurant the hall is linied with many write ups on the food and service on the walls.
The host are quick to seat you. In the middle of the main dinning room there is a large stone fireplace.
I normally get the Steak Fajitas. Which
